The events in Argentina during the winter of 2018 (massive feminist groups marched to demand the approval of the Voluntary Termination of Pregnancy bill) invited us, from our places as artists, to emerge from our workspaces. The stage was set in the streets and the concept of art-life was about to manifest itself. Motivated to generate a device that expresses the politics of those who had abandoned their place of contemplation, questioned as individuals and mobilized as a collective, we decided to do an intervention with a performative aesthetic. En el presente informe jurídico se abordan cuatro problemas jurídicos identificados en el marco de una proceso de habeas corpus en el cual se cuestionó la medida peruana de exigir, únicamente, a las personas de nacionalidad venezolana, contar con pasaporte visado para poder ingresar al territorio peruano. En tal sentido, la resolución N° 00688-2020-PHC/TC representa un gran avance en la evolución normativa y sobre todo jurisprudencial del derecho migratorio en el Perú. No obstante, en el desarrollo del informe se aborda los contenidos sobre las materias que debían ser resueltas en el caso y se realizan críticas al respecto.

The investigated problem relates to the need to know the characteristics of the young people attending the first course of university life. It seeks to explain some sociodemographic reference to them in order to identify experiences and changes that occur during the first two years studied. These references enable to show how they build their own university life provisions, new context will demand changes in the way to perceive, see, think and act different from their own secondary level. The research methodology is qualitative and quantitative, selecting as instruments of data collection survey, individual interviews and group interviews. El presente informe aborda el análisis jurídico de la Resolución N.º 2167- 2023/SPC-INDECOPI, expedida por la Sala Especializada en Protección al Consumidor, en el marco de un procedimiento administrativo sancionador seguido contra Smartfit Perú S.A.C. La controversia se centra en determinar la validez de una cláusula contractual que exigía la presencialidad del consumidor para la resolución del contrato, en un contexto excepcional como la pandemia del COVID-19 que hizo inviable su cumplimiento. El presente caso aborda una resolución en el marco de un proceso único de ejecución de un laudo arbitral en el que César Augusto Berrios demanda la desocupación de un inmueble contra Daniel Jesús Vergara Moreno y otros, en virtud de la Orden Arbitral N° 14 (posterior al laudo). Al respecto, el 4° El Juzgado Civil con Subespecialidad Comercial declaró improcedente la ejecución, argumentando que la resolución arbitral no cumple con los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 689° del Código Procesal Civil.
