The purpose of this article is to present a critical review of the ways in which the performance of university teachers are usually evaluated. Generally, the institutions state proposal of evaluation that usually coincide with what is evaluated and the use of the results. It includes the review of the different evaluation models to show the discrepancies between the objectives and the practices, that is, the poor relationship between the model used and what is done. Universities usually declare that the focus of the evaluation is improvement of practice. One of the most used instruments is the questionnaire, with which an accurate measurement can be made, but generally it does not evaluate the teaching performance, but, in the best-case scenario, the opinion of the students. The artcle discusses a very important issue that involves all levels of education, which is the process of assessment of learning. The aim is to make a reasoned and informed reflection about the transcendent aspect takes place on a daily basis in the educational process, but which do not reflect or discussed enough. It is paradoxical: in the educational system makes extensive use of the evaluation, but the changes that occur are very few. Does being evaluated effectively? This is a complex issue and nerve to be addressed diligently and seriously if you want to innovate the evaluation process. This article discusses the historical trajectory of educational assessment in the Brazilian academic scenario, pointing out the influence of American literature on the Brazilian scientific production, its models break as well as the efforts in order to construct a theory and a practical assessment applied to the Brazilian reality. Designing a performance metric by the fuzzy logic, the purpose of which is incorporated more aspects of the management processes of any organization including those subjective. To show how this metric was applied prior to a billing process of a company of herbicides, where this metric was constructed by traditional indicators of efficiency and effectiveness, producing fuzzy performance measures. The results show that this fuzzy measure performance is stable and valid as it is built on classical performance indicators already familiar with the properties they own. This study is based on the evaluation process of the university public policy of distance education and, specifically, the implementation of the Classroom platform, in its didactic and operational dimensions, at the National Autonomous University of Huanta (UNAH), period 2020, in the context of physical and social isolation, which allowed an accurate analysis to make decisions in this regard. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the realization of classes through virtual platforms and made the teacher evaluation, instead of positively reflecting the level of knowledge, evidenced a low performance of the students, in this case, of the Preparatory No. 7 of the Autonomous University of Guerrero, Mexico. To explain this problem, qualitative research was carried out with descriptive and interpretative scope. 50 students were interviewed, and a structured questionnaire with ten open-ended questions was developed. The main results indicated that students perceive that traditional assessment does not reflect their knowledge, but incipient learning, stress and anxiety, so they suggested modifying the assessment process.

Peru, which is a rich country in amount of ores and gold reserves, moreover; it has an attractive minerals sector to the world and of great importance in national economic development. However, in the metallurgy of gold ores, there are minerals called refractory or complex, where free fine gold is trapped or associated with sulfides (pyrite and arsenopyrite), this problem can be seen in the concentrator Tamboraque, which uses inefficient conventional metallurgical processes and of high operating costs. The objective of this study was to evaluate the perfomance of the process of lamination of the endosperm of corn in an agricultural company by means of the capability indices of processes, (PCI), low two focuses: traditional and bayesian. Both PCI was evaluated with simulated data under different suppositions. To the real case the results obtained by the bayesian PCI were Ĉb (D) = 0,81, while the traditional was Ĉp = 0,46 and Ĉpk = 0,81. It is concluded that the process of lamination is not capable. With regard to the simulated data, the results correspond to 100 samples of size 50, under three conditions: 1) the process is capable, centered and normal distributed. 2) It not process capable, not centered and normal. 3) The process is lightly capable, not centered and normal.
