The objectives of the research were, firstly, to determine the levels of emotional intelligence, empathy and tolerance to diversity in a sample of 181 students in education; secondly, to establish the relationship between the three study variables and, finally, to determine if there are differences in these variables due to sex, study cycle and religious denominations. The instruments used were the Meta-Mood Scale 24 Trait, the Cognitive and Affective Empathy Test, and a diversity tolerance instrument. The results arrived at indicate that most students have a high level of tolerance for diversity and empathy, and an average level of emotional intelligence. The relationship between scores of emotional intelligence and empathy was confirmed, as well as the scores between empathy and tolerance of diversity, but not between emotional intelligence and tolerance of diversity. This paper deals with teacher training. Discusses some definitions on this process and also have their particular characteristics, emphasizing one: to be an ongoing activity. This plan’s main objective is to determinate if the developing of vocational guide for students is going to be the same or different between private and public high schools from Lima Metropolitana. After a question paper application to a sample of 279 –male and female– just ending high school students, we found several differences between the two kinds of high schools. In addition of that finding, this plan proposes a Vocational guide plan direct to public high students, for the last three degrees in particular.

The main objective of this study was to determine whether there is relationship between attributional dimensions proposed by Weiner (locus of causality, stability and controllability) and test anxiety. The sample consisted of 206 subjects (61 males and 145 females), Pre-University Center students of San Marcos during the cycles 2010-2011 and Regular Extraordinary 2011-I, who postulated the different careers offered by the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. The mean age was 18.1 years. To carry out this investigation we applied the causal dimensions scale (EDC) and the Self-Assessment Inventory Anxiety about exams (IDASE). The main objective of this study was to assess the attitudes of students from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos to organ donation, for which a sample of 500 students from ten academic-professional schools: Dentistry, Psychology, Biological Sciences, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Law, Education, Accounting and Administration. To carry out this investigation was constructed and applied the “Scale of attitudes toward organ donation”, an instrument that was reliable and valid measure that attitude. The results indicate that students in the academic-professional ten schools are located in the middle level (eneatipos 4, 5 and 6) attitudes toward organ donation. The main objective of this study was to determine if there are differences in the manner of carrying out vocational guidance among public and private schools of the city of Lima. The study sample consisted of 244 subjects, 98 men and 146 women, students of University High of San Marcos Center for Special Cycle 2011-2012. The mean age was 16.3 years. For the realization of this research was developed and implemented the Rating Scale Vocational Guidance (EEOV), an instrument based on the model of vocational guidance Manuel Alvarez et al. (1994). The artcle discusses a very important issue that involves all levels of education, which is the process of assessment of learning. The aim is to make a reasoned and informed reflection about the transcendent aspect takes place on a daily basis in the educational process, but which do not reflect or discussed enough. It is paradoxical: in the educational system makes extensive use of the evaluation, but the changes that occur are very few. Does being evaluated effectively? This is a complex issue and nerve to be addressed diligently and seriously if you want to innovate the evaluation process. Therefore presents a synthesis from various points of view, which can serve both as much updated information as the basis for reflection and discussion in the daily educational work.

In this paper we presented the adaptation and psychometric study of the Beck Hopelesness Scale (BHS). The sample consisted of 782 subjects (372 males and 445 females) The median age was 19 years. The sample this conformated by suicide attempters (n=26); recurrent-episode major depression and bipolar disorder patients (n=23); hipertensives, asmathics and tuberculosius patients (n=68); paranoid schizophrenics and affective disorders patients (n=22); PBC addicts (n= 25); 6th.grade primary students (n= 51); housewives, secondary and universitary students, teachers (n= 567; general population).
