Inclusive education is an urgent need in the Peruvian educational system. The Education Act states that this is a right for all without distinction, however education for children with special abilities have been locked up in special schools, limiting participants to a confined education, avoiding social interaction with peers and socialization in their midst. The research presented aims to provide input regarding the updating of teaching and non-teachers working in special and basic education in regular primary education, it is proposed a training program in Inclusive Education and its new approach to help to overcome the condition of children with special educational needs for social integration.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the development of mentoring process and performance of the tutor in a mentoring pilot program from the perspective of student and teacher, the research design is pre experimental, application, qualitative and quantitative, the group consisted of 61 students and 12 tutors. This research had three stages; in the first teachers were trained as tutors with e-learning and was opened a virtual classroom. In the second stage was made some groups, the incoming student's profile was identified, in the third stage was performed the mentoring program and was evaluated.Results: 44% of students attend quite frequently and regularly to the tutoring program, while 6 teachers were constant. This article has been elaborated with the purpose of revising the teaching formation in service of the public school teachers, especially in Peru, helping to understand the teaching formation itself as a complex phenomenon, with multiple sides. The process of creation of the educational policies must be in accordance with plans that come after them. The politics and the programs of training argue, among their objectives, the possibility of transforming the practice in something better, the article analyzes the process to achieve the transformation. Additionally, a brief presentation of the program of teaching formation, implemented by the Ministry of Education in 2002, is shown.

Teaching practice in rural areas has constituted a pedagogical challenge in recent years, however, it has revealed problems related to the commitment and identity of teachers in innovating their educational practice. The objective of the study was to design a Didactics in Action program to improve rural teaching practice in Yurimaguas, 2021. A qualitative investigation was carried out and the participation of primary level teachers could be counted on, who were interviewed without any inconvenience. The results showed that there is teacher indifference to updating, which implied the urgent need to formulate improvement proposals that addressed the identified problem. It was concluded that rural teaching practice is in a process of change that involves theoretical, methodological, digital, and investigative aspects that will serve as support in the development of students' learning.

The NTIC are used in an inadequate way and are caused by the limited knowledge, understanding and application of the NTICS by teachers and if this situation is reversed as we found in this study can benefit: improving teaching performance and learning ability of students, we found that the use of these tools in teaching can motivate the improvement of teaching performance and student learning and that after class hours they will use the NTIC properly for the benefit of a better future.

Las NTIC son empleados de una manera inadecuada y son causados por el limitado conocimiento, comprensión y aplicación de los NTICS por parte de los docentes y si esta situación se revierte como encontramos en este estudio puede beneficiar: mejorando el desempeño docente y la capacidad de aprendizaje de los estudiantes, encontramos que el uso de estas herramientas en la enseñanza puede motivar a la mejora del desempeño docente y el aprendizaje de los estudiantes y que después de las horas de clase lo usaran las NTIC de manera adecuada en beneficio para un futuro mejor.

Introduction. Primary-level teachers are exposed to physical risks that they can control through an exercise program, which seeks improved promotions for their health in a timely manner. Objectives. To determine the effect of an exercise program on the musculoskeletal symptoms in primary school teachers. Methods. An experimental study was carried out, where the Cornell questionnaire was applied. Results. The teachers had a median age of 52 years. This research was aimed at determining to what extent factors prior to university admission, motivational factors, and institutional experiences explain the academic persistence of students in the University Leveling Term (CIU) at the Simon Bolivar University - Coastal Campus. An explanatory-type quantitative study was proposed, which involved a non-experimental cross-sectional retrospective causal relationship design. The sample consisted of 101 students (50.5% female) with an average age of 17.90 years (SD = 2.37). La Tesis, tiene como objetivo: Diseñar, elaborar y fundamentar un programa de estrategias metodológicas humanísticas sustentado en la teoría de Rogers. La investigación es de tipo teórica-propositiva. La población y muestra lo conformaron 31 estudiantes y 10 docentes de la Escuela Profesional de Idiomas-UNSM-T. Para medir las relaciones interpersonales se aplicó la escala de actitudes tipo Likert. Los resultados sobre las relaciones interpersonales según los docentes (Tabla 8) fueron: “Muy buenas” el 10 %, “buenas” el 60 %, “regular” el 20% y “malas” el 10%. Introduction: Physical inactivity among secondary school teachers increases cardiovascular and metabolic risks, highlighting the need for effective intervention strategies. Objective: To compare changes in body composition, lipid profile, and blood pressure following a physical exercise and nutritional education program. Methods: A prospective observational study was conducted with 556 teachers, divided into a program group (274) and a no-program group (282). The program included guided weekly exercises and nutritional workshops over three months. El Objetivo del estudio fue evaluar el desarrollo del proceso de tutoría y el desempeño del docente tutor en un Programa Piloto de tutoría desde la perspectiva del estudiante y docente participante. El diseño de la investigación es pre experimental, aplicativo, cualicuantitativo; la población de estudio es constituida por 61 estudiantes y 12 docentes.
