En las entrevistas realizadas a los clientes del sector industrial, que trabajan directamente con sistemas de combustión (quemadores) en sus diferentes procesos, afirmaron que los principales inconvenientes que se presentan referente a la generación de energía térmica están ligados con problemas de: confiabilidad (originando paradas intempestivas), eficiencia (terminan consumiendo más combustible para producir lo mismo), y responsabilidad con el medio ambiente (inquemados, emisiones no controladas). Introduction. The Hepatitis Delta Virus (HDV) is the cause of the most severe form of human viral hepatitis and is associated with a high risk of liver fibrosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). There are 8 HDV genotypes with different geographic distribution. Objectives. To identify the genotypes of VHD circulating in Huanta and three indigenous peoples of the Peruvian Amazon. Methods. Observational and cross-sectional study, from 582 reactive samples for anti-HBc-HBV. Anti-HDV positive samples were processed with the nRT-PCR method, genotype was determined by direct Sanger-type sequencing and phylogenetic analysis of the R0 fragment. 111 reference sequences from GenBank were used. In a ARMA-APARCH time series model with innovations Z, the delta-stationarity condition of the APARCH process involves the delta-th moment of the difference between the absolute value of the innovations with the product of the asymmetry parameter and the innovations. This moment allows calculating more efficiently the estimates of the parameters of the model by maximum likelihood. In this article, we obtain explicit expressions of this delta - th moment where Z has stable and GEV distribution. These moments have been implemented in our GEVStableGarch package available in CRAN R-PROJECT developed to estimate the parameters of ARMA-GARCH / APARCH models with stable innovations and GEV.

El presente trabajo desarrolla un análisis teórico sobre la transición de vuelo en un UAV de tipo VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) con configuración de ala delta. The purpose of this article is to present a critical review of the ways in which the performance of university teachers are usually evaluated. Generally, the institutions state proposal of evaluation that usually coincide with what is evaluated and the use of the results. It includes the review of the different evaluation models to show the discrepancies between the objectives and the practices, that is, the poor relationship between the model used and what is done. Universities usually declare that the focus of the evaluation is improvement of practice. The aim of this study was to determine by real-time RT-PCR the presence and relative levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-a) and interleukin 1 alpha (IL-1a) mRNA expression in intestinal mucosa of healthy and with enteropathy young alpacas (Vicugna pacos) from Cusco, Peru. A total of 71 samples of jejunum from 0 to 45 days old healthy (n=38) and diseased (n=33) alpacas were processed. Total RNA was extracted from samples and to the synthesis of DNA complementary strand (cDNA) by reverse transcription (RT) was done. Subsequently, conventional PCR and real time RT-PCR was conducted. The results showed that 98.6% (70/71) of the samples amplified a specific product of 251 pb for TNF-a and 100% (71/71) of the samples amplified a specific product of 172 pb for IL-1a, evidenced in the agarose gel during electrophoresis.
