La presente investigación tiene como propósito determinar la problemática en la ejecución de la tenencia compartida durante la pandemia de Covid-19 en lima, 2020-2021. Por ello la presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar cómo se protegió el derecho del menor a una relación familiar en la ejecución de la tenencia compartida en lima, 2020-2021. Para tal fin se utilizó una investigación con enfoque cualitativo, de tipo básico y diseño de teoría fundamentada. Se halló que para la tenencia compartida es importante que los padres puedan realizar diversas coordinaciones mutuas por el bienestar de su menor, además de contar con el apoyo del equipo multidisciplinario para cuidar el bienestar del niño. Em matéria de Direito de família, a legislação peruana contempla a possibilidade de uma guarda compartilhada, regulada expressamente no Código das Crianças e Adolescentes, sem estabelecer especificações sobre as condições e formas de aplicação, o que é similar no Direito comparado. En materia de derecho de familia nuestra legislación contempla la posibilidad de una tenencia compartida, regulada expresamente en el Código de los Niños y Adolescentes, pero sin establecer precisiones sobre las condiciones y forma de aplicación. No existe un régimen legal especial para los casos de niñas y niños con discapacidad física o mental. En la presente investigación se analiza la posibilidad de generar una regulación especial para la tenencia compartida, pese a que se advierte su carácter discriminatorio. La presente investigación planteó como objetivo identificar la relación entre la valoración del derecho a opinar del niño, niña y adolescente con los criterios para establecer la tenencia compartida, Lima, 2021. Para la metodología se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica y de nivel correlacional, esto permite identificar de forma más concisa la relación entre las variables; así, la población fue conformada 75 abogados con casos de tenencia en el Juzgado de Paz de San Juan de Miraflores y se extrajo 46 colaboradores, a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta de opinión con 18 ítems. The objective of this study was the characterization of the learning strategies of higher education students of a university in Lima. To achieve this purpose, the focus is qualitative, which allows us to interpret the same practice of the students. The methodology of this research, included direct observation and in-depth interviewing, and was aimed at understanding the reasons for practice in certain strategies. The conclusion of the research is that the metacognitive strategies, the processing of information and the control of the context become the fundamental principles at the moment of learning by students.

Despite the lack of an appropriate infrastructure, the number of patients in the Emergency Area of Cayetano Heredia National Hospital has grown in the past few years. The Triage Area is a subarea of the Emergency Area, whose purpose is to classify patients according to their priority level through a quick diagnosis, in order to provide an appropriate level of service to critical patients and optimize the use of hospital resources. This article shows the development of a web system for the integration of the Triage Area with the other subareas of the Emergency area, which would allow the provision of consolidated and shared information in real time, thus speeding up attention process and improving the allocation of the resources critical patients need.

El presente artículo explora el caso de un grupo intermedio, que habitaba el valle de Lurín, en la Costa Central peruana, y el rol que este cumplió en la integración del valle dentro del contexto político regional, al comienzo del Horizonte Medio. Presentaremos y analizaremos cómo se construyeron las estrategias políticas en el valle, incorporando datos de nuestras excavaciones en el sitio Lote B. Se discute adicionalmente la evidencia publicada proveniente de otros sitios domésticos, para reconstruir parcialmente la interacción de los distintos segmentos de la sociedad Lima. Proper management of this heritage can become in increasing the quality of life of urban communities that give it meaning. The analysis of representative cases contributes to develop an overview and to systematize their «learned lessons». The integral development of the urban built heritage requires consensus between social partners, optimizing the management of available resources, in a scenario of weak institutions and citizenship, where leadership of manager balances it. This article develops some basic but essential concepts, which allow you to build shared approaches and thoughts about a more holistic and inclusive form of built heritage and facilitates the implementation of a more balanced, sustainable and citizenship management of such cultural property.

Para ello busca determinar el acercamiento docente a la neurociencia a través del conocimiento de los objetos de borde que median el acercamiento, las motivaciones, actitudes y perspectiva que tienen los docentes para conectar con la neurociencia en un colegio privado del distrito de Santiago de Surco Es un estudio de caso, trasversal, de enfoque mixto donde participan 86 docentes de un colegio privado de Santiago de Surco, Lima. Objective: To describe and analyze, at various levels, the communication exchanges that took place in a group chat of intensivists using the instant messaging application WhatsApp during the first stage of the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically on the day the first case was confirmed in Mexico. An intense situation showing the three dimensions of the theoretical framework is stood out. Materials and methods: A qualitative research of WhatsApp messages shared between 239 intensivists at the beginning of the pandemic, specifically throughout February 27, 2020. Desarrolla el tema de la instauración de la ideología indígena Sumak Kawsay o Buen Vivir dentro de la Constitución de la República de Ecuador del año 2008, hecho que marcó un hito en la historia jurídica mundial no solo por la adopción del Buen Vivir como eje para el desarrollo de las políticas ecuatorianas, sino también porque bajo dicha visión biocéntrica se reconoció a la Naturaleza como sujeto de derecho dentro del mismo texto constitucional. Asimismo, a partir de las diferencias entre la visión Sumak Kawsay compartida por los pueblos indígenas y la visión tradicional antropocéntrica instaurada por casi todos los países alrededor del mundo, se evidencia la relación entre la ideología del Buen Vivir y el reconocimiento de derechos a la Naturaleza en Ecuador.
