So far, Peruvian nuclear research reactors RP-10 and RP-0 have been operating only with uranium oxide fuel elements (U3O8+Al). In the future RP-10 reactor will operate with mixed cores (U3Si2+Al, U3O8+Al). For this reason the calculus capacity has to be increased in order to be able to handle the new fuel management. Since preparation of nuclear libraries for diffusion calculation requires a significant amount of computational and human resources a new tool that processes libraries generation and diffusion calculations is necessary.

This document intends to address, at first, the legislative treatment that article 157 of the Tax Code has had over time, in relation to the possibility that the Tax Administration may challenge the resolutions issued by the Tax Court through the contentious-administrative process. On this basis, in a second stage, the normative scope of this matter will be analyzed based on the current text of article 157 of the Tax Code.

This research is about what the “Aprendo en casa” strategy in Peru in 2020 meant from two of its main resources, radio and television. The objective was to analyze communicationally and evaluate the programs of both media. Thirty-two pieces from all educational levels were discussed, in seven months, with 27 expert communicators, and the experience from 50 target actors of the strategy was evaluated. The study was methodologically naturalistic, with a qualitative approach, indirect hermeneutical and phenomenological typologies, and under an open coding design. Eight categories generated by free will were found to show results on biased content and questionable forms of presentation; gaps were made visible at the educational, digital, and generational levels, and disarticulation between the education and communication axes. This paper analyses Article VI of the Preliminary Title of the Civil Code for the purpose of determining its current usefulness. For this purpose it goes back to the origins and sense of the French maxim “interest is the measure of actions”, its reception in the Italian Procedural Code of 1865 and successive conceptual developments, going so far as to argue that article VI analyzed contains the parameters (legitimate, economic or moral usefulness) needed to establish the existence of what the Civil Procedural Code calls “interés para obrar”, that is, if the requested (or a substantive defense) is appropriate to receive a substantive decision.

The main objective of this essay is to analyse the challenges faced by the Peruvian Civil Code in the face of the advance of cyberspace and, in particular, the metaverse. In this paper, we develop the theme of semiotics as the science that studies the processes of signification. As science explains and interprets verbal and nonverbal mechanisms used to communicate with the man, that is, to convey information about different realities; regularly does so through a range of signs. This is understandable, because in truth, the human being is a symbolic being, par excellence created, issued and interpreted signs, and in turn, organizes and systematizes through codes, in either case, culture is implicit. Without any doubt, to understand the nature of the human being and communication, one must understand the signs and codes. In this sense, for a better understanding and and we include a variety of examples, taken directly from users in a specific context.

This "new" interpretation of the ceque system is actually about ten years old. I came in August 1975 to do anthropological research on current irrigation in the department of Cusco. On that occasion I observed that various types of artificial irrigation systems were maintained at the same time, from projects carried out recently by the State to very old systems. What most caught my attention was a canal whose waters irrigated the lands of the Socsu-Aucaille ayllu in the town of San Sebastián, very close to the city of Cusco.

The text analyses the need to integrate the rules on consumer contracts into the Italian Civil Code, specifically into the general part of the contract. This integration should not be limited to a mere formal incorporation into the Civil Code, but, as the author suggests, what is really relevant is the justificatory value that it can provide. This incorporation could establish a new core of general rules and principles within the legal system, which would significantly transform the structure and purpose of the body of law. This study analyzed the impact of code-generating artificial intelligences (AI), such as GitHub Copilot, on programmers' work. It aimed to determine how these tools affect productivity and code quality, differentiating their effects based on developers' experience levels. A systematic literature review and tool analysis were conducted, using the PRISMA methodology to assess experimental studies and usage reports. Results revealed that code-generating AIs improved productivity by up to 55.8% for experienced programmers, while less experienced developers exhibited increased reliance and confidence in generated code, leading to security risks.
