Liu (1996) discute una clase de distribuciones robustas a las que apela como normal/independiente, y que contiene un grupo de distribuciones de colas pesadas. En este artículo desarrollamos una versión asimétrica de tales distribuciones en un escenario multivariado, a las que llamaremos distruciones normales asimétricas independientes multivariadas. Para tales distribuciones derivamos algunas propiedades. La principal virtud de los miembros de esta familia es que son fáciles de simular y se prestan a un algoritmo de tipo EM para realizar estimaciones de máxima verosimilitud de sus parámetros. Para dos modelos multivariados de interés práctico se discute el algoritmo EM con énfasis en las distribuciones t-asimétrica, slash asimétrica y normal asimétrica contaminada. Los resultados obtenidos a partir de simulaciones y de dos conjuntos de datos reales son reportados.

The study aimed to explore the psychometric properties of research competency scales published in the scientific literature in seven databases: Scopus, Web Of Science, ERIC, Embase, EBSCO, PubMed and SciELO between 2014 and June 2023. Thirteen papers were systematized, where 11 scales were found that measured content validity using indexes such as the S-CVI, Aiken's V and item-test correlations. Similarly, the results of the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) presented adequate fit indices such as CFI, GFI, TLI, SRMR and RMSEA, which validated the factor structure. Reliability was mostly evaluated through Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, yielding high and consistent values. This article discusses the importance of the application of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) in Ecuador using the group of accounts called: Property, Plant and Equipment (PP&E) revaluation. To do this, we analyze conceptually how financial statements should be reported and recorded at fair value, considering some countries in the world where there is significant progress in this area, we review models and revaluation techniques that allow us to understand technical procedures. Determinar las características psicométricas del DASS-21 e identificar sus ventajas como ayuda en el diagnóstico y tamizaje de alteraciones de la salud mental (depresión, ansiedad y estrés). The present research aimed to evaluate the effect of pH and NaCl on the absorption power of water, gelling, emulsifying and foaming capacity of residual linseed meal (Linum usitatissimum L.). The residual flour (without mucilage) was obtained by boiling the seeds in distilled water, for their subsequent filtration and drying (40 °C x 48 hours) and conversion into flour (type A flour). Whole flaxseed flour was also obtained (without extracting the mucilage) which was called type B flour. The techno-functional properties were determined at pH 3, 5, 7 and 9 as well as at NaCl concentrations of 0.1, 0.25 and 0.5 M. La presente investigación planteó como principal objetivo determinar la relación entre el bienestar laboral y el clima organizacional en colaboradores de un Call Center, Lima 2023, por lo que metodológicamente el tipo de investigación fue correlacional de enfoque cuantitativo y de diseño no experimental. The regulation of recruitment between spouses may vary in each legal system depending on the model of management of marital property adopted by the latter. Some comparative Laws, such as Spanish Law, allow for broad freedom of recruitment between spouses, considering that marriage should not limit their freedom to contract. Instead, Peruvian Law prohibits spouses to contract each other with respect of their common property. But this impediment requires a restrictive interpretation for knowing the real scope of article 312 of Civil Code, since the prohibition provided in this rule does not seem to apply to the personal property of each spouse. The psychometric properties of a Subjective Well-being Scale were analyzed for adolescent students participating in the evaluations of PISA 2018. The sample included 67,503 adolescent students from Bulgaria, Georgia, Hong Kong, Ireland, Mexico, Panama, Serbia, Spain and the United Arab Emirates. Different models were evaluated for the Subjective Well-being Scale. Reliability was validated with the McDonald’s Omega coefficient, validity with the Confirmatory Factor Analysis and invariance with the Multigroup Factor Analysis. Este trabajo se realizó con la finalidad de evaluar los efectos del cemento portland tipo I en un suelo granular para mejorar las propiedades físicas y mecánicas de la subrasante de la calle Avianca, donde se usó proporciones de cemento 3, 5 y 7% del peso del suelo. Se efectuaron ensayos de contenido de humedad, análisis granulométrico, proctor modificado y CBR para evaluar los efectos del aditivo en el óptimo contenido de humedad (OCH), máxima densidad seca (MDS) e índice CBR. La clasificación fue A-2-4 (0) según AASHTO y SM según SUCS. El suelo no presenta variación en el IP por ser un suelo no plástico. El OCH natural fue 11.57%, al adicionar hasta un 7% de cemento disminuyó a 8.78%. La MDS natural alcanzó 1.821 gr/cm3 y al añadir hasta un 7% de cemento la MDS aumentó a 1.977 gr/cm3.
