In 2013, President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Mikhail Nikolaev announced the launch of the republican project Music for Everybody. The organizers of this project –– the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and Spirituality of the republic –– have set the goal to help all children learn one classical musical instrument by their graduation from general education school. Recent studies have separately analyzed the importance of inclusive innovation and knowledge management. This document provides a clear view of the characteristics of each variable and the links between them, so that each variable can be analyzed and summarized separately for each entrepreneur. The objective is to identify if there is a relationship between inclusive innovation through knowledge management, as demonstrated by the users of the Haku Wiñay project. The simulation model is a useful assessment tool to analyze in depth evaluation of investment projects, improving investor decision making. Contributes to investigate new project ideas and help identify investment opportunities aimed at the reformulation of projects, adapting to the attitudes and investor requirements. An alternative choice is the mathematics expectation that is used in the calculation of probabilities that an event occurs. The fact that a good estimate of the elements involved in the calculation of profitability is not conducted, can lead to invalidate the analysis, and therefore, can lead to approve unprofitable projects and vice versa. When is known the probability of an event occurring certain number of years, usually applies a certain percentage during that period. For example, if the probability of an event occurring is 20 years, a rate of 5% per annum will apply.

This study investigated the life projects of 40 adolescents with high abilities/giftedness, equally divided by sex and type of giftedness (schoolhouse or creative production). The clinical method proposed by Piaget was used to ask assess the youths’ life projectsand their justifications. Results indicated that 229 projections emphasized ‘academic education’, ‘professional activity’ and ‘loving relationship’. The justifications were mainly of the ‘selfcentered’ type, suggesting that most of the projections did not present the moral and ethical perspective, since they marked the individual interests without the moral values. We hope that the results will help psychopedagogical actions that motivate the creation of ethical life projects aimed at building a society based on morality and ethics.

Solo en el 2020, en el departamento de Piura, se atendieron más de 5 mil casos de violencia familiar en los Centros de Emergencia Mujer (CEM) (MIMP, 2020). Introduction: The decline in neonatal mortality is progressive in Peru and around the world, but it is unequal between rich and poor or between urban and rural populations. Objective: To project the national and departmental neonatal mortality rate (NMR) to 2030 and measure the inequality gaps of the indicators within departments. Materials and methods: An ecological observational study was conducted to calculate the national and departmental NMR to 2030 by applying the "algorithm for obtaining SDG3 targets" based on the NMR for the period 2012 to 2021 estimated with death certificates. Results: It was found that by 2030, Peru's average NMR could be reduced by 12%, from 8.81 in 2021 to 7.78 neonatal deaths per 1000 live births. El propósito general de este trabajo es demostrar el impacto de la gestión de la comunicación basada en PMBOK en la gestión de proyectos de TI en la empresa DIGITAL WORLD WEB Lima Perú, donde se intenta incrementar la productividad luego de aplicar la gestión de comunicación basado en el PMBOK, mejorando los índices de eficiencia y eficacia. Este estudio documenta el desarrollo de una metodología y modelos para pronosticar los volúmenes de tráfico de camiones en las autopistas interestatales en una selección de sitios de registrador automático de tráfico permanente (PATR). Los modelos se desarrollaron utilizando datos recopilados durante un período de nueve años (1995 a 2003) de dieciséis estaciones de conteo permanentes ubicadas en todo el estado. Finalmente se utilizaron ocho sitios, cinco a lo largo de autopistas interestatales rurales y los otros de autopistas interestatales urbanas.
