La presente investigación surgió después del diagnóstico situacional que constató empíricamente los problemas relacionados con el escaso desarrollo del liderazgo transformacional en la Institución Educativa Privada Santa Teresita del distrito de Monsefú. La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar cómo la metodología BIM puede funcionar como una herramienta de optimización del presupuesto del edificio de la SUNAT ubicado en el distrito de Tumbes, provincia de Tumbes y departamento de Tumbes. Para ello se analizaron las partidas más incidentes del presupuesto, resultando ser la correspondiente a, “obras de concreto armado”, conociendo esto se procedió a realizar el modelado BIM 3D en el software Revit 2021, con esta herramienta se obtuvo los metrados los cuales fueron comparados con los realizados de forma tradicional con herramientas como el AutoCAD. This paper aims to study the efficiency of energy dissipators, both fluid viscous and hysteretic, to improve the seismic responses of buildings. To quantify the ability of energy dissipators to reduce seismic responses, a series of time history analyzes were carried out on simplified models of buildings. Said simplified models consist of masses and springs with linear and elastic behavior whose properties are obtained from a shear beam model, joined by link elements with non-linear behavior to simulate energy dissipators. Nowadays, just as there is harassment and insecurity on social networking sites, these spaces can also be used by women for feminist activism and the sorority manifestation, for which, as has been seen in previous works, it is necessary security. In this sense, this article seeks to answer the following question: How is the feeling of security in #LasRespondonas—a Facebook group made up mostly of feminist women—for the manifestation of sorority built? It was found that the construction of the feeling of security in this group occurs thanks to three elements: the creation of a virtual community, the existence of an echo chamber, and the use of the platform tools together with the role of the moderators. In addition, security is necessary for the sorority manifestation in three moments: the verbalization of the problem, the sharing of information / interacting, and the meeting.

La preocupación médica con los trópicos casi era una obsesión para los médicos militares de las colonias europeas durante las últimas décadas del siglo XIX, y aun actualmente las enfermedades llamadas tropicales continúan siendo un serio problema de salud pública en muchos países del mundo, en Latinoamérica y en particular en nuestro país -acentuados últimamente por el cambio climático-, por lo que el abordaje de estas enfermedades requiere un gran esfuerzo en términos de las estrategias que deben implementarse así como las alianzas entre todos los actores para alcanzar una mejor prevención y control de ellas.
