In this paper I discuss the complex situation faced by minority linguistic groups, in particular deaf users of the Mexican Sign Language (LSM), whose bilingual education was threatened by the educational crisis caused by the pandemic. The response of the Mexican state not to interrupt the education of children and young people in this country, made clear the discrimination against users of languages distinct of Spanish, as this is the vehicular language for the programming “Aprende en casa”, and doesn’t considerer the context and languages if the indigenous and deaf communities for their teaching.

The recreational programs are best regarding the time to learn , and if we speak of children , is playing the most effective way to study , because the best learning is that which takes place within a warm climate and confidence , and better whether these programs are used in the teaching of a subject as respected as mathematics. Daily learning activities generate exchanges of ideas, doubts, and explanations between students and teachers. These dialogues and the possibility of asking a teacher questions disappear after classes. New automated communication tools developed with word processing programs, such as chatbots, have proven helpful in commerce and customer service. Some educational institutions are currently exploring the benefits of these programs in student care. This paper describes an exploratory study on the use of educational software and conversational agents in the teaching of programming; the objective is to identify the potential of this type of program to support teachers in the training of programmers and the accompaniment of students in their self-managed learning.

Debido a que la producción televisiva nacional no documenta sus formatos en manuales o guías esta investigación además pretende dejar un aporte valorativo sobre la televisión educativa en el Perú, en función a su estructura audiovisual y temática. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo demostrar que el programa “Leer para aprender” mejora el nivel de comprensión lectora en los niños y niñas de 4° grado de educación primaria de la I.E. A quasi-experimental study was carried out with the objective of determining the effect of a neuropsychological intervention program on academic skills in reading, writing and mathematics in a group of first grade girls and boys of primary school at the Cadena Las Playas educational institution. municipality of Apartadó, Antioquia, Colombia, aged between 5 and 6 years, belonging to a low socioeconomic condition. La Tesis, tiene como objetivo: Diseñar, elaborar y fundamentar un programa de estrategias metodológicas humanísticas sustentado en la teoría de Rogers. La investigación es de tipo teórica-propositiva. La población y muestra lo conformaron 31 estudiantes y 10 docentes de la Escuela Profesional de Idiomas-UNSM-T. Para medir las relaciones interpersonales se aplicó la escala de actitudes tipo Likert. Los resultados sobre las relaciones interpersonales según los docentes (Tabla 8) fueron: “Muy buenas” el 10 %, “buenas” el 60 %, “regular” el 20% y “malas” el 10%. This research entitled "Sing and learn" music program to improve the attention of first grade _x000D_ students of primary school - Trujillo, 2019, aimed to improve the level of attention of the _x000D_ students. The experimental design was used. We worked with a sample made up of 21 first grade _x000D_ “F” students from the I.E. n ° 81007 "Modelo", Av. Ejército. The program consisted of 15 _x000D_ workshops. Thus, the results confirm that the implementation of the educational music program _x000D_ "Sing and learn" has significantly improved the level of attention of the students.
