Objective. To describe the characteristics of work in the academic performance of students from Educational Center of Basic Education (CEBA) María Inmaculada. Methods. Basic type study, descriptive level and mixed techniques, research design: sequential explanatory (DEXPLIS). The sample comprised of 31 students that work from 14 to 18 years old. The statistical methodology used was descriptive and chi square tests were used. Results. It was found that the labor characteristics of the students are mostly very harsh, highlighting working hours greater than 8 hours a day, daytime subsistence jobs. Regarding academic performance, it was reported that 64% presented admissible grades of achievement, predicted according to the national learning scale (ECA) regulated by the Department of Education of Peru. The objective of this article is to determine the differences in irrational beliefs among secondary school students from a Center for Alternative Basic Education, according to gender and age group. This is a descriptive study with a comparative descriptive design. The population was obtained through a census, and is made up of 161 students of both sexes from the first to the fourth grade of secondary school. The Albert Ellis Irrational Belief Inventory was administered. Frequencies and percentages were calculated, and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test and the Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis U tests were used to test the hypotheses. What is the element in which human rights arebased? What is it that holds the set of rights that belong  to  every human being for the only fact of being such? Confronted with this questions, several different answers have been formulated. In the present, the position in doctrine that statesthat dignity should be the foundation of humanrights is the preferred.In this article, the author presents an alternative answer to these questions. He proposes the “basic human necessities” as the element in which human rights are founded. In order  to  achieve this, he criticizes the aforementioned position, and introduces arguments in favor of the one he defends.

The objective of the research is to analyze the work stress of teachers of the 1st and 2nd cycles of Basic School Education (EEB) in Paraguay. The methodology used was descriptive, quantitative, cross-sectional, applying a questionnaire to 75 teachers from official educational institutions in the city of Encarnación. The results show that teachers present an average level of work stress, taking into account the dimensions, the average level is presented in emotional exhaustion and personal fulfillment for teachers of both sexes, but not in depersonalization. The presence of work stress occurs at different levels in relation to demographic variables such as age, years of experience in teaching, shift in which he teaches, and the location of the institution, be it urban or rural, where he teaches. El presente estudio es de tipo descriptivo, tiene como objetivo determinar el factor que influye en las habilidades sociales de los adolescentes de la Iglesia Cristiana Emmanuel en el Distrito de San Isidro. El instrumento de medición y evaluación que hemos creado fue tomando como referencia la Lista de Chequeo de Habilidades Sociales de Goldstein (1978), este instrumento nos ayuda a conocer la medida en que el ser humano es competente en el empleo de una habilidad social, en cuanto la situación lo amerite. La muestra estuvo conformada por 40 adolescentes para emplear el instrumento (22 mujeres y 18 hombres).

La presente investigación determinó el nivel de conocimiento de los métodos anticonceptivos en estudiantes del 4to grado - ciclo avanzado del C.E.B.A. N° 60024, San Juan de Miraflores – 2019. Se empleó el nivel de investigación aplicada; de tipo descriptivo y con un diseño de investigación no experimental - transversal. La muestra en estudio fue aleatoriamente conformada por 50 estudiantes (40% de la población) del 4to grado - ciclo avanzado del C.E.B.A. N° 60024, San Juan de Miraflores, matriculados en el año lectivo 2019. The objective of this article was to analyze the actions that teachers from different states of the Mexican Republic implemented to give continuity to the learning activities of students during the health contingency. Grounded Theory was used as an analysis tool and interviews were conducted through video calls with an intentional sample of twenty teachers. The main findings indicate that: teachers reconceptualized their practice in a short time, adapting it to the context to face the crisis, used technological means to transmit topics and content, looked for alternatives to communicate with the students, generated didactic resources with instructional design, recorded videos and carried out activities to support the families socially emotionally, showed empathy and solidarity actions with the households. El tema seleccionado surge a partir de los resultados arrojados por la última prueba PISA de la Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD, 2023), donde se observa el bajo rendimiento educativo en el Perú. Según Helga Solís, vocera de Seguro Social de Salud (EsSalud, 2024), el 64% de los alumnos de primaria y secundaria presentan dificultades de aprendizaje, lo que genera reprobaciones, repitencias y abandono escolar.
