El propósito de este estudio fue determinar la relación de las habilidades socioemocionales de los docentes y el nivel de aprendizaje cooperativo en los estudiantes del CEBA Noé Moisés Dávalos Ybañez - Tacna, año 2015. Este estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica, diseño descriptivo correlacional, donde se investigó la relación entre inteligencia emocional, competencias comunicativas y el desempeño docente en Instituciones Educativas Penitenciarias CEBA Tacna – 2024. Utilizando análisis inferenciales, se encontró una correlación significativa entre inteligencia emocional (r = 0.777) y competencias comunicativas (r = 0.681) con el desempeño docente, con una significancia estadística de p < 0.001.
