This research estimated the adoption and impact of the Obonuco Andean and Obonuco San Isidro pea varieties in the department of Nariño, during the period 2017 - 2019. Semi-structured interviews, life stories and focus groups were conducted with key actors; economic estimation of the additional benefit for the producers due to the use of the technology and the estimation of socio-environmental impacts with the Ambitec-Agro method. La presente investigación propone mejorar el control y la estimación del uso de la plataforma SaaS en la empresa Atentus Perú S.A.C., a través de la implementación de prácticas FinOps. Se utilizó un enfoque cualitativo-descriptivo basado en entrevistas semiestructuradas dirigidas a stakeholders clave del sector tecnológico en Lima. El estudio identificó una percepción favorable sobre el valor operativo de las plataformas SaaS, aunque se evidenció una adopción desigual y desafíos vinculados a la comprensión del modelo de costos. This research aimed to optimize operational efficiency in debt consultation processes, online payments, and notification delivery within the rent management system of the Provincial Municipality of Maynas through the implementation of a web system, improving user experience during the 2024 period. A pre-experimental design with a quantitative approach was employed, analyzing data collected from 30 taxpayers before and after the system's implementation. The methods included SUS surveys to assess usability and observation forms to measure process times. The results showed a significant improvement in operational efficiency: the average time for debt consultation was reduced from 16.47 to 2.50 minutes, for debt payments from 18.43 to 2.50 minutes, and for notification delivery from 26.67 to 2.00 minutes.
