La presente investigación expone el alcance de la radio comunitaria – voz vecinal como una herramienta para mejorar la participación ciudadana en la zona periurbana del distrito de Ayacucho, provincia de Huamanga, región de Ayacucho (Perú), impulsadas por la Subgerencia de Participación Vecinal de la Municipalidad Provincial de Huamanga. Se utilizaron como instrumentos metodológicos la observación, entrevistas a profundidad, cotejo de programas radiales, la “Escalera de Participación” de Hart para medir la participación y el modelo de la “Comunicación Horizontal” de Ramiro Beltrán. However, there is a paucity of studies that systematically and critically analyze the social processes underlying CfD interventions and their impact on the social significance of beneficiary communities. This article presents a narrative review of the literature on CfD, with the aim of identifying the main theoretical and methodological approaches that have addressed this topic, as well as the main limitations and challenges facing research in this field.
