This research aimed to optimize operational efficiency in debt consultation processes, online payments, and notification delivery within the rent management system of the Provincial Municipality of Maynas through the implementation of a web system, improving user experience during the 2024 period. A pre-experimental design with a quantitative approach was employed, analyzing data collected from 30 taxpayers before and after the system's implementation. The methods included SUS surveys to assess usability and observation forms to measure process times. The results showed a significant improvement in operational efficiency: the average time for debt consultation was reduced from 16.47 to 2.50 minutes, for debt payments from 18.43 to 2.50 minutes, and for notification delivery from 26.67 to 2.00 minutes.
