Descripción
Sumario:This research aimed to optimize operational efficiency in debt consultation processes, online payments, and notification delivery within the rent management system of the Provincial Municipality of Maynas through the implementation of a web system, improving user experience during the 2024 period. A pre-experimental design with a quantitative approach was employed, analyzing data collected from 30 taxpayers before and after the system's implementation. The methods included SUS surveys to assess usability and observation forms to measure process times. The results showed a significant improvement in operational efficiency: the average time for debt consultation was reduced from 16.47 to 2.50 minutes, for debt payments from 18.43 to 2.50 minutes, and for notification delivery from 26.67 to 2.00 minutes. Additionally, the average SUS score was 51.75, indicating moderate usability and positive acceptance by taxpayers. The conclusions highlight that the web system effectively reduces times, standardizes processes, and enhances user experience, although there is room to optimize the interface and encourage technological adoption. It is recommended to carry out periodic system updates, develop training strategies for taxpayers, and integrate new functionalities such as automatic reminders and additional payment options to maximize impact and maintain achieved efficiency. This study confirms that technology is a key tool for modernizing municipal tax management.
