Local rice landraces are vital for preserving agricultural biodiversity, ensuring food and nutrition security, and serving as valuable genetic resources for breeding. However, their cultivation is declining significantly due to various socio-economic, biotic, abiotic, and productivity-related challenges. The research addresses the impact of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) on the well-being of older adults. The problem lies in the lack of digital skills and distrust in technology, which limits its adoption and potential benefits in disease prevention and control. The objective is to determine how the use of ICT influences active aging and disease prevention. A qualitative methodology with an exploratory approach was used, based on focus groups of older adults in Xalapa, Veracruz. Mexico. The results show that, although ICT can improve the quality of life by facilitating communication and access to services, there are challenges such as lack of digital skills and distrust in technology. The conclusions highlight the need for inclusive policies and training to maximize the benefits of ICT in this population group

This paper analyzes the difficulties the clinical gynecologist for diagnosis of pelvic endometriosis and adenomyosis; which it is often performed after surgery or histiopatológico study. In this paper, the casuistry of Gynaecology of the Archbishop Loayza Hospital analyzed by studying 40 cases diagnosed in some of the locations of genital endometrium; emphasis is to point out that the laparoscopic diagnostic method is a breakthrough for identification of pelvic endometriosis. Is the expediency of adopting a classification of the extent of injuries, for a proper therapeutic approach using the classification of Kistner and thus to make a prognosis regarding the evolution of the disease after medical treatment and / or surgical, emphasizing fertility prognosis of many patients affected.

In the last half century,there were several attempts to adopt the notion of supervenience in order to shed light on the claim of generality that is involved in aesthetic judgments. In this paper I will show the difficulties brought up by the transposition of the notion of supervenience from other areas of philosophy to the philosophy of art and I will also show the intrinsic difficulties of this project. Multi-tiered arbitration clauses encourage the parties to adopt agreements to resolve their disputes, allowing them to avoid litigation, the deterioration of their commercial relations and the costs of arbitration. The advantages they provide have established them as a common agreement in practice. In this paper, the authors analyze the effect of existing contradictory rulings on the binding nature of these agreements, given the opposite positions of the Peruvian Constitutional Court and the Superior Court of Justice. Taking into account the legal nature of arbitration recognized in Peru, the authors propose that when an arbitral tribunal is faced with a breach of these clauses, it should refer the parties to comply with the terms of their agreement, as soon as the first opportunity after hearing the parties.

The present article has the objective of analysing the provisions that the peruvian State has been adopting for the implementation of the persons labour law with disabilities. In concrete, the article examines the provisions of the employment rate, the obligation to adopt reasonable settings and the bonification for the access to public employment. The author performs an analysis of the power that public entities have, under certain assumptions, to attend their own needs for goods, services and proyects without the need of contracting with private individuals, but using self-provision. The study covers the conditions under which entities can opt for this alternative, the limits that exist for it and the consequences they bring to the effectiveness of the entity’s management. Currently, we are facing a significant increase in transactions with cryptocurrencies as an alternative to the traditional payment system, and even as an investment; so, most countries in the world have already taken action on the tax treatment of these transactions: There are various pronouncements issued by the tax authorities in the world and, in some jurisdictions, specific legislative measures have been adopted to regulate the tax effects of transactions with cryptocurrencies. For that reason, it is necessary to evaluate the current tax treatment of activities with cryptocurrencies in Peruvian legislation, in order to identify -from a comparative perspective- the main tax problems and to provide some guidelines to be taken into account for an eventual regulation.
