The objective of the research was to identify the effect of a complementary academic program on the improvement of entrepreneurship competence at level 1 (n1) among undergraduate students. To achieve this, an experimental program was conducted in 2020, based on the Lean Startup methodology, utilizing a quantitative, quasi-experimental approach with Solomon’s design. The sample consisted of 112 students, and the evaluation tool employed was a rubric that had been validated by a committee of experts and approved by the institution’s assessment area. A questionnaire was administered and analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney tests. The findings demonstrated an improvement in the competence and its dimensions within the experimental groups, indicating that the experimental group without a pretest exhibited superior results.

This plan’s main objective is to determinate if the developing of vocational guide for students is going to be the same or different between private and public high schools from Lima Metropolitana. After a question paper application to a sample of 279 –male and female– just ending high school students, we found several differences between the two kinds of high schools. In addition of that finding, this plan proposes a Vocational guide plan direct to public high students, for the last three degrees in particular.

In the decade of 1990, Peru lived through a national crisis, a result of the violence in the country and the decrease in the growth of the economy. In this context, the program Heritage for Development of the Spanish Cooperation began its work in the Historic Center of Lima. In a situation in which the priority is not the intervention in cultural assets, a project emerged that seeks to meet society’s different needs through the revaluation of the patrimony. Objective. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the Counseling Program in improving anxietyand depression in people with HIV at a community-based organization in Lima, Peru. Methods. A quasi-experimental study with control and experimental groups was conducted, applying pre- and post-test measurements. The measurement instrument used was the Beck Anxiety andDepression Inventory, applied to a sample of 36 people living with HIV in a community-based organization. The Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used to test the hypotheses. Results. Objective: Determine the effectiveness of a cognitive preventive program with recommendations for the mental health care of nurses, in the context of COVID-19, according to the Technical Guide of the Ministry of Health, 2021. In 1984, in the context of Peru’s internal armed conflict between the Shining Path and the State (1980-2000), Lima’s socialist mayor Alfonso Barrantes Lingán decreed the creation of Huaycán, the first housing project targeting Lima’s poorest residents. Huaycán originated from a shared socialist vision by urbanists and shantytown settlers to address the politics of abandonment by establishing a co-management program between municipal representatives and the population. This article traces the creation of Huaycán, from 1983 to 1985, as a project that emanated from the demands of a new generation of urban residents. The article reveals the tensions derived from within the leftist front, and between the urbanists and shantytown settlers that created the project.

After briefly reviewing the requirements that hospitals must have programs to organize psychiatric residencies , the current state of psychiatric units Lima described the light of a survey taking into account the data of the Statistics Departments of the various nosocomios , responses to a questionnaire answered the caring staff from each service, and direct observations made by the author . Given the deficiencies , training plan , to be carried out over a period of three to five years , in order to give sufficient knowledge and experience, according to current trends , for adequate preparation of psychiatrists proposed to enable the candidate to be able to pass a capacity of two stages: basic science and clinical psychiatry. Once passed exams to graduate be conferred the title of Specialist in Psychiatry .

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo conocer cuáles son los factores que determinan la insatisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa Lely Special Corporation SAC durante el 2017. Se caracteriza por ser cuali-cuantitativo de diseño descriptivo no experimental. Para la obtención de los datos estadísticos se utilizó la encuesta, cuyo instrumento es la encuesta de opinión; el mismo que se aplicó a una muestra de 76 colaboradores con edades que fluctúan entre 20 a 63 años de edad, que ocupan el cargo de auxiliares de despacho en el área de distribución de líquidos. De acuerdo al análisis estadístico se concluye que el 48,68% se encuentra en desacuerdo con la satisfacción con la labor que realizan y el 51,32%.

En el Perú, uno de los problemas más importantes es la alta tasa de desnutrición relacionada a un bajo nivel socio económico. Por ello, en 1985 se creó el Programa Nacional Vaso de Leche. Sin embargo, este ha tenido casos de malos manejos e ineficiencia a lo largo de su historia. El objetivo del presente artículo es definir las propuestas de mejora más convenientes bajo la metodología de calidad DMAIC para optimizar el programa del Vaso de Leche en un distrito en Lima desde el punto de vista del servicio al cliente. The article analyzes the uses and interpretations of the services of a Senior Activity Center program (Centros del Adulto Mayor - CAM) by its users and the professionals who direct it in a low-income urban district of Lima, Peru. Based on ethnographic research, and revealed the way a public policy builds an «ideal old age» which is promoted by their services. This is not passively assumed by the professionals who implement the program locally. They reinterpret their guidelines based on their common sense and experience which generates contradictions and a partial reproduction of prejudices related to old age. On the other hand, users use the program as a mechanism to deal with moments of crisis that were experienced at this stage of their lives. This study analyzes factors that allow local officials to overcome design distortions generated during the process of registering beneficiaries of the «Vaso de Leche» Program in a context in which these beneficiaries are powerful social actors who have a capacity for collective action. This study was conducted between 2002 and 2010 in Villa El Salvador, a district of metropolitan Lima. Villa El Salvador municipal authorities selected beneficiaries without considering the target population as established by the official regulations. This variation from established norms is understood in this study as a «design distortion». This research evaluated the effect of the Armonía program, based on mindfulness, on academic performance and academic stress in students of a higher education institution in Lima, through 8 sessions of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, for 8 weeks. A quasi-experimental design with pre and postest was used, with two groups (experimental and control), both with 25 randomly assigned participants, who had a mean age of 19.82 years.
