The main objective of this research work was to determine the level of influence of "program of shared actions", in the improvement of the institutional climate in the IES. No. 32962 "Rósulo Soto Carrillo", San Luis, district of Amarilis - 2014. In the educational institution, the program was applied to the elements of the sample among the direct, teaching and administrative staff; where interpersonal relationships, the democratic leadership style and the ability to resolve conflicts are evaluated using the instruments of the checklist and the observation form. The admission of poor students sponsored by the Beca 18 social program into Lima universities is a recent phenomenon that requires studies on their adjustment and academic performance. This research targeted Beca 18 students at USIL and compared their responses to a questionnaire on perceptions of classroom climate with those from regular students. Both were participating in the course on math analysis offered to engineering students. In the general context of positive perceptions of classroom climate, Beca 18 students slightly differed from regular students, showing more positive perceptions of professor’s behavior in terms of creation of a working environment, class pace, interest in the student, and promotion of cooperation and group work. La Tesis, tiene como objetivo: Diseñar, elaborar y fundamentar un programa de estrategias metodológicas humanísticas sustentado en la teoría de Rogers. La investigación es de tipo teórica-propositiva. La población y muestra lo conformaron 31 estudiantes y 10 docentes de la Escuela Profesional de Idiomas-UNSM-T. Para medir las relaciones interpersonales se aplicó la escala de actitudes tipo Likert. Los resultados sobre las relaciones interpersonales según los docentes (Tabla 8) fueron: “Muy buenas” el 10 %, “buenas” el 60 %, “regular” el 20% y “malas” el 10%. In the decade of 1990, Peru lived through a national crisis, a result of the violence in the country and the decrease in the growth of the economy. In this context, the program Heritage for Development of the Spanish Cooperation began its work in the Historic Center of Lima. In a situation in which the priority is not the intervention in cultural assets, a project emerged that seeks to meet society’s different needs through the revaluation of the patrimony. Through this recovery process, there were attempts to instruct people in the craft of restoration, in order to later on include them in the project. The goal of the program at the time was the restoration of heritage and, with the creation of the Escuela Taller de Lima, the project expected to train the population in restoration and conservation work. After briefly reviewing the requirements that hospitals must have programs to organize psychiatric residencies , the current state of psychiatric units Lima described the light of a survey taking into account the data of the Statistics Departments of the various nosocomios , responses to a questionnaire answered the caring staff from each service, and direct observations made by the author . Given the deficiencies , training plan , to be carried out over a period of three to five years , in order to give sufficient knowledge and experience, according to current trends , for adequate preparation of psychiatrists proposed to enable the candidate to be able to pass a capacity of two stages: basic science and clinical psychiatry. This study analyzes factors that allow local officials to overcome design distortions generated during the process of registering beneficiaries of the «Vaso de Leche» Program in a context in which these beneficiaries are powerful social actors who have a capacity for collective action. This study was conducted between 2002 and 2010 in Villa El Salvador, a district of metropolitan Lima. Villa El Salvador municipal authorities selected beneficiaries without considering the target population as established by the official regulations. This variation from established norms is understood in this study as a «design distortion». Starting in 2004, this distortion was reduced with the introduction of a registry for the program that did follow official norms. In 1984, in the context of Peru’s internal armed conflict between the Shining Path and the State (1980-2000), Lima’s socialist mayor Alfonso Barrantes Lingán decreed the creation of Huaycán, the first housing project targeting Lima’s poorest residents. Huaycán originated from a shared socialist vision by urbanists and shantytown settlers to address the politics of abandonment by establishing a co-management program between municipal representatives and the population. This article traces the creation of Huaycán, from 1983 to 1985, as a project that emanated from the demands of a new generation of urban residents. The article reveals the tensions derived from within the leftist front, and between the urbanists and shantytown settlers that created the project.

Chirikyacu, Chunchiwi, and Chirik Sacha, located in the San Martin region (Peru), are indigenous communities affiliated with the National Program of Forest Conservation for Climate Change Mitigation. The three communities approved the implementation of the Conditional Direct Transfer Mechanism (TDC, acronym in Spanish) as a financial tool for primary forest conservation. This research characterizes the participation of the beneficiaries from the type of involvement and participation size along the TDC execution, identifying drivers that facilitate and limit the participation of the beneficiaries’ minority.Minorities, as in any society, have access to fewer opportunities. This plan’s main objective is to determinate if the developing of vocational guide for students is going to be the same or different between private and public high schools from Lima Metropolitana. After a question paper application to a sample of 279 –male and female– just ending high school students, we found several differences between the two kinds of high schools. In addition of that finding, this plan proposes a Vocational guide plan direct to public high students, for the last three degrees in particular.

This research evaluated the effect of the Armonía program, based on mindfulness, on academic performance and academic stress in students of a higher education institution in Lima, through 8 sessions of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, for 8 weeks. A quasi-experimental design with pre and postest was used, with two groups (experimental and control), both with 25 randomly assigned participants, who had a mean age of 19.82 years. For the measurement of stress, the SISCO SV-21 Inventory was used and for academic performance, the grades of the first and second partials, completed by the teachers, were used. Objective: Determine the effectiveness of a cognitive preventive program with recommendations for the mental health care of nurses, in the context of COVID-19, according to the Technical Guide of the Ministry of Health, 2021. Methods: Quantitative, pre-experimental approach, with a pre-test and post-test type test design in a single group, cross-sectional. Sample: 129 nurses. Technique: survey. One of the major educational problems in Peru is the low level of efficiency attained in elementary schools. In this paper we analyze the impact of two types of preschool programs, Centros de Educación Inicial (CEI) and Programas No Escolarizados de Educación Inicial (PRONOEI). We carried out a retrospective survery in nine public schools in Lima that had a high repetition rate. Among children with preschool education at CEI the probability of getting a higher achievement increases in 25% in language and 22% in mathematics. Among children with preschool education at PRONOEI, the probability of obtaining a higher achievement increases in 15% in language and 17% in mathematics.
