The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of virtual and hybrid teaching methods, leading to substantial changes in educational approaches. This study focused on evaluating the effect of mediating technologies on post-pandemic educational processes, emphasizing their essential role in enhancing interaction and cooperation between teachers and students. Although their relevance is evident, challenges persist in terms of access, quality, and evaluation of technological educational initiatives. To address these challenges, a comprehensive literature review was conducted, examining 26 international academic studies published in the last five years. The aim of the study was to describe theoretical-practical tools of the professional teaching and learning process as a category of university teaching. This article discusses the training of promoters in a program to promote community libraries. Systematization is a critical rearrangement of the events into an experience to understand the reasons that it develops in a specific way and not otherwise. Two processes are reconstructed first, the overall project cycle during which develops the experience and then, secondly, we present the development of process specific training of community. It ends by presenting the lessons learned identified and developed.

The investigation shows the results founded in the field of Reading Comprehension. Starting from the theoretic model of cognitive psychology and psycholinguistics, and in particular the theory of Van Dijk and Kintsch (1983, 1993, 1994). The author explores the problematic of comprehensive reading in a group of children and teenagers with learning disabilities in the province of Callao, trying to know how much can they could intervening in the improvement of their reading weakness, for what we have design and application and an Experimental Program of Treatment. The most important idea of the study was the significant difference in reading comprehension levels reached in the pre test and in the post test, by the group I students after applying the experimental program, and as an important improvement in the student group II.

The purpose of this research was to determine how the Cuadernia educational software contributes to the teaching - learning process and the academic performance of Mathematics in fifth year students of the educational institution Nr. 5143 Talent School of the Constitutional Province of Callao. The objective of this study was to demonstrate the influence of soft skills in the achievement of significant learning of students participating in the Business Process Management course of the Administration specialty at the National Agrarian University of La Selva. The approach was quantitative, applied with an explanatory level and quasi-experimental design with pre and post test. This challenge requires management reliable relationship between actors with diverse and sometimes conflicting interests. The main purpose of this study is to show the effectiveness of learning phonics in reading decoding, by designing and implementing a pilot program based on the systematization of the method to which we refer, starting from the theoretical model cognitive psychology and psycholinguistics. We worked with a sample of 50 students from first grade elementary. In order to assess their level of reading decoding they were exposed to a specific dyslexia exploration test, obtaining from this evaluation the significant differences between the level of reading decoding of students exposed to the experimental program versus those who were not taught with this method, concluding that the phonetic style program has favorable implications for the learning of reading decoding.
