The phenomenon of mass transfer during osmotic dehydration and convective drying of tomato halves (Solanum lycopersicum L.) was carried out 1) using sucrose and salt as solutes; and 2) by fitting the Peleg and Page equations to the experimental data. The fruit was cut into halves and its seeds and placenta were removed. It was osmotically dehydrated with solutions: 10.8% 18% and 30% 50%, (w/v), of salt and sucrose respectively at a temperature of 25 °C. Subsequently, the resulting samples were subjected to a convective drying process by forced air in a tunnel at temperatures of: 50; 70 and 90ºC. Determining the weight loss of the samples, the solids gain, obtaining parameters from the experimental models of Peleg and Page with correlation levels of R2 ≥0.9894 for the proposed models.

In this context, a project was carried out to achieve autonomous thermal comfort in closed environments, using a web page and a mobile application for data entry and monitoring of thermal comfort. These systems are connected to a REST API, created under a single database for greater control and efficiency in automation. The database is linked to an ESP32 - S3, which in turn connects to sensors that collect data every minute and enter it into the database. The number of smishing attacks has increased in recent years due to the large number of users acquiring these easy-to-use and functional devices. This literature review objective is to examine the techniques and methods used in smishing attacks using classification algorithms. To do so, we conducted a manual search process and selected 155 articles from Scopus and 29 articles from access to research for development and innovation (ARDI). The present investigation used Kaliumax foliar fertilizer in the cultivation of castilla beans, experimental tests were carried out in an agricultural soil of the city of Barranca, and aimed to determine which dose of Kaliumax achieves greater yield. In the experimental practice the treatments were fixed according to the practical information used by the farmers, these were T1 = 00, T2 = 0,5, T3 = 1,0, T4 = 1,5 l. Kaliumax / 200 l, the application to the crop was made at 37, 51 and 65 days. This study presents a static analysis of laminated composite doubly curved shells using a refined kinematic model with polynomial and non-polynomial functions. In particular Maclaurin, trigonometric, exponential and zig-zag functions are employed. Refined models are based on the Equivalent Single Layer theories and obtained by using Carrera Unified formulation. The shell model is subjected to different mechanical loading such as bi-sinusoidal, uniform and point load. One of the efficient techniques that is currently used in pavement engineering to improve the stress–strain response conditions of the pavement structure includes the stabilization of its structural layer components. There are several laying techniques that include the usage of stabilizing agents such as emulsified and foamed asphalt. This research analyzes the impact of the incorporation of marble filler and sugarcane ash in the stabilization of tropical soils, specifically in the Central Peruvian rainforest. These soils, characterized by their high plasticity and low bearing capacity, represent a significant challenge for civil engineering. Four proportions of marble filler (3%, 6%, 9% and 12%) and sugar cane ash (1%, 2%, 3% and 4%) are evaluated in order to determine the optimum combination to improve soil strength and stability. The tests performed included granulometric analysis, determination of the plasticity index, consistency limits and mechanical property tests, such as the modified Proctor compaction tests and the CBR index. The objective of this study was to estimate the influence of the perception of the web design of e-commerce retail on the level of risk perceived in online purchases by consumers. For this, a cross-sectional study of causal relationship was carried out through the structural equation model (SEM). The sample consisted of 390 consumers (54.9% women and 45.1% men) in an age range of 18 to 67 years. For the validation of the instrument, the exploratory factorial analysis (EFA) and the confirmatory factorial analysis (CFA) were applied. In turn, the latter was also used to contrast the study hypothesis. An inverse and significant relationship was demonstrated between the research variables (p<0.001 and R= -0.65). This means that the better consumers’ perception of online retail website design, the lower the perceived risk of shopping online.

A large-scale survey of the Iberian honey bee (Apis mellifera iberiensis) diversity patterns, using sequence data of the tRNAleu-cox2 mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) region, demonstrates that earlier studies based on the DraI test missed significant components of genetic variation. Based on results from this survey, existing haplotype names were revised and updated following a nomenclature system established earlier and extended herein for the intergenic region.
