RESUMEN La presente investigación nace por la necesidad de conocer y medir el nivel de gestión del almacén de Inversiones Meza e Hijos SAC y la influencia que ésta tiene en la rentabilidad de la empresa, ya que por ser una comercializadora de abarrotes, el almacén puede llegar a constituir el 90% del capital invertido en la empresa. Por consiguiente, la gestión de almacén se convierte en el centro de la administración, y si ésta no cuenta con herramientas adecuadas de gestión, podría ocasionar pérdidas que perjudicarían sustancialmente la economía de la organización. La literatura sobre el crédito comercial revela la falta de una teoría general de este tipo de crédito, siendo diversos los modelos que se han planteado y contrastado para justificar su utilización. Este trabajo ofrece una visión clara y completa sobre este instrumento de financiación, al mismo tiempo que informa de los aspectos menos consensuados en la literatura, posibilitando así la investigación futura. Smishing is a form of phishing carried out via mobile devices to steal confidential information from victims. The number of smishing attacks has increased in recent years due to the large number of users acquiring these easy-to-use and functional devices. This literature review objective is to examine the techniques and methods used in smishing attacks using classification algorithms. To do so, we conducted a manual search process and selected 155 articles from Scopus and 29 articles from access to research for development and innovation (ARDI). This systematic review focused on evaluating the impact of the machine learning operations (MLOps) methodology on anomaly detection and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) projects in computer auditing. Data collection was carried out by searching for articles in databases, such as Scopus and PubMed, covering the period from 2018 to 2024. El objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar y recopilar la información de los estudios teóricos y empíricos sobre la aplicación de las TICs en el sector educativo en los últimos 5 años. En esta revisión sistemática, se consideraron 61 artículos, de los cuales solo 30 se encuentran alineados con el objetivo planteado. Asimismo, se hace mención que existen más de 10 bases de datos con acceso a este tema; sin embargo, cierto número de ellas presentan algunas limitaciones, en cuanto a su enfoque y aplicación.
