Overweight is a serious problem in Peru, and compliance with a healthy and balanced diet is essential for its management. Despite the existence of different types of diets and meal plans, people still find it difficult to comply with the treatment. Also, lack of access to adequate nutritional information and lack of follow-up in implementing a low-calorie diet can demotivate people and reduce the effectiveness of the process. The problem of cloning vehicle license plates in Peru is detailed, by criminals to sell vehicles at a lower price or commit crimes with the stolen vehicle. A mobile application is proposed that uses convolutional neural networks and deeplearning algorithms: TensorFlow, EasyOCR and OpenCV to identify the license plate and its alphanumeric code, obtain detailed information about the vehicle and its owner, and issue reports to the authorities in case of cloned plate or stolen. It was created to be used in Bilingual Educative Institutions of preschool level, located in the Peruvian native communities.This App is intended to support the different education gaps in Shipibo-Konibo communities. This study shows the effects resulting from the implementation of a mobile application with augmented reality for the learning of the cell. The Mobile-D methodology was used for this study, whose focus and properties are mainly targeted at the mobile device market. The quasi-experimental design was used in a sample of 40 fifth-grade students from a private school in Lima, which was divided into two groups of 20 students: a control and an experimental group. And it was found the experimental group achieved a significant improvement in the learning level compared to the control. Lastly, it is concluded that the use of a mobile application with augmented reality has significantly improved in three aspects of learning.

This study deals with the use of mobile device affordances in news applications. It aims to identify how media groups take advantage of the devices’ native resources to offer informative content and services, such as the weather forecast. To that end, all the newspaper applications associated with the Grupo de Diarios América (GDA), an entity that gathers publications from 11 countries of the region, were analyzed. The result revealed that most newspapers take advantage of the potential provided by affordances to their applications in a residual way. Although mobile phones are the main form of Internet access in the continent, we found newspapers without an application in our sample, which portrays a still challenging scenario in the face of new mobile technologies.

Technological advances make more and more companies transform their manual processes into automated processes, increasing the speed and efficiency of their operations. That is the reason for this research, to test the benefits of automating the administrative processes of the Nuevavista condominium under study located in Peru, focusing on the management of reservations and incidents through the development of a mobile application following the mobile-d methodology. The article resorts to the use of a pre-experimental design with a sample of 279 for each process.
