La elaboración del estudio tuvo como objetivo demostrar como un Chatbot optimiza los procesos de venta en una empresa de servicios, Lima 2024. Donde se ha empleado el enfoque cuantitativo, con tipo de investigación aplicada y diseño de la investigación experimental.
