This study proposed the design of three brief scales coherent with and contributing to the pedagogical perspective of schoolteachers, aiming to enhance self-regulated learning and psychological well-being of students. With the participation of teachers and other professionals who provided feedback throughout the process, scales for school motivation (ME), frustration tolerance (TF), and school satisfaction (SE) were designed and validated among 1260 students from 7th to 12th grade (57.7% female, mean age M=14.9 years, SD=1.9) belonging to three educational institutions in northern Chile. This paper introduces a proposal for allowing labor organizations to achieve a competitive advantage in enhancing their workers´learning, for which supervisors should play a principal roles, in providing conditions stimulating a continuous learning. The kind of learning emphasized is the one informally acquired, unlike formal procedures of traditional training. Finally, there are two questionnaires on the supervisor´s made as a learning facilitator, which might be used in labor training programs.

In this research, the objective was to describe the perceptions that university students manifest of their formative process when moving from a face-to-face modality to a virtual one in the time of the SARS-CoV2 pandemic. The object of study was constructed from a sociological perspective that associated objective conditions and the corresponding production of subjectivities. Methodologically, three moments were recovered: 1) determination of social and technological capital; 2) construction of social classes from the determination of the volume and structure of capital; and 3) detection of student perceptions. The learning of mathematics and its teaching are complex for the Peruvian student and teacher, especially in contexts marked by low economic conditions, in which quechua has already been forgotten due to its scarce practice. As a purpose, we propose to characterize the meanings of the learning and teaching of mathematics in quechua and Spanish, based on the qualitative - narrative approach, we assume a sample of 10 students and two quechua speakers and Spanish speakers of Huancavelica and Comas district (Lima). The incorporation of Game-Based Learning has been promoted as a cornerstone of pedagogical innovation, yet important gaps persist regarding how teachers, especially in rural areas, understand and appropriate this strategy under conditions of scarcity. Guided by this overarching question, the study sought to understand, both theoretically and practically, how primary-school teachers at IE 70022-Collana (Puno - Peru) appropriate the strategy, using a qualitative phenomenological–interpretive approach. The purpose of the research was to identify the predominant dimension of organizational learning that influences the labor well-being of secondary education teachers -Lima (Peru). The research presented the quantitative approach, basic-substantive type, non-experimental design of cross-sectional, correlational-causal. The sample consisted of 200 teachers chosen by simple random probability sampling, to whom the organizational learning and work well-being surveys validated by Cronbach's Alpha (0.945 and 0.858, respectively) were applied. The results were obtained by means of the Nagelkerke R squared model, generating the value of 0.727 that verified that the estimated model was adequate. Educational materials (textbooks in particular) are key for improving learning, especially in precarious school contexts. In the case of Peru, from 1990 on, the State has experimented with different models of educational material provision. In spite of their differences, they share a lack of impact in improving students’learning outcomes. The authors state that the problem stems from the absence of teacher training in how to use educational materials, which should be a core element of any model of educational material provision.
