The purpose of the research is to describe the working conditions of early childhood education teachers, considering its setting, the classroom, in the dimensions infraestructure, media, materials, training, profesional development, and how they influence performance. The metodology is quantitive and descriptive. We applied a form of observation to measure each variable in the sample of 34 professors at the N° 10 Red Callao Region. There is a theoretical need for the pedagogical analysis, the presence and use of the New Information and Communication Technologies in the educational processes, this article proposes to recognize, from a sociocultural perspective, the Virtual Environments of Learning as an instrument of mediation. This means, as a component adding to the educational activity two orientations: as structure of external action and as a source for internal representation. Formulated in this way, a virtual learning environment orients itself towards proper ways of technological performance in the educational process. Simultaneously this triggers in students, new forms of cognitive regulation that offer new opportunities and strategies as a condition of learning. This perspective is part of the pedagogic dimension necessary for a pertinent application and orientation of learning in virtual trainning.

To see the student as a unique being in every way, in any of its dimensions, is elementary to achieve learning, although today it is set up as a very difficult task taking into account the peculiarity of our current world and our country; But beyond the inherent difficulties of educating, that is the work of the teacher, who must see and help each of his students to discover the world of potentialities that has, always, beyond a label or a health or social condition. To learn to see the diversity of the group and accept the peculiarity of each student, will only be possible through a personal change, and by following a few steps that will help to see the only thing the student: observe and pre-deal, investigate, experience and build.

The purpose of the research was to identify the predominant dimension of organizational learning that influences the labor well-being of secondary education teachers -Lima (Peru). The research presented the quantitative approach, basic-substantive type, non-experimental design of cross-sectional, correlational-causal. The sample consisted of 200 teachers chosen by simple random probability sampling, to whom the organizational learning and work well-being surveys validated by Cronbach's Alpha (0.945 and 0.858, respectively) were applied. The results were obtained by means of the Nagelkerke R squared model, generating the value of 0.727 that verified that the estimated model was adequate. The main purpose that guides the development of the current investigation was to establish if the thinking abilities are related to the self-regulated learning, in a sample of 284 students from the Education Faculty of a Public University of Lima. For that reason, a non-experimental design was used, of a correlational type. To the chosen sample were applied the Questionnaire of Thinking Abilities of Alberto Acevedo and Marcela Carrera, and the Questionnaire of Self-Regulation for learning of Juan Carlos Torre. These instruments had their levels of validity and reliability previously determinated through a pilot test, which showed that both of them fulfill both conditions. The present study was carried out with the objective of determining the relationship between parenting styles and socio-demographic conditions in parents of children in the second grade of primary school, from three public educational institutions in the city of Caballococha, 2024. It was a basic, descriptive correlational, non experimental and cross-sectional design, with a sample of 173 parents. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between parenting styles and socio demographic conditions (p = 0.000). Similarly, there is a significant relationship between parenting styles and the dimensions gender of parents and age range of parents with a value of p = 0.001. Este trabajo busca identificar las dimensiones educativas que implica orientar el proceso de aprendizaje de los alumnos a través de un modelo de interacción basado en el aprendizaje cooperativo. Esta precisión sobre la potencialidad educativa de la acción cooperativa, como condición social de aprendizaje, se formula tomando en cuenta diversos referentes empíricos, que nos lleva a agrupar sus beneficios en tres ámbitos bien definidos de influencia en la práctica educativa en el aula, a saber: a nivel de rendimiento académico, a nivel de las relaciones interpersonales positivas y a nivel del desarrollo intrapersonal. El propósito fundamental que guía el desarrollo de la presente investigación fue establecer si las habilidades de pensamiento se vinculan con el aprendizaje autorregulado, en estudiantes de la Facultad de Educación de una Universidad pública de Lima, cuya muestra alcanzo los 284 sujetos. Para tal efecto se utilizó un diseño no experimental de tipo correlacional. A la muestra seleccionada se le aplico el Cuestionario de Habilidades de Pensamiento de Alberto Acevedo y Marcela Carrera y el Cuestionario de Autorregulación para el aprendizaje de Juan Carlos Torre. En el presente trabajo se ha planteados un estudio descriptivo correlacional con la finalidad de encontrar relaciones que existen entre el liderazgo pedagógico y el buen desempeño docente mediante la opinión de los Directivos y docentes de la institución educativa Mariano Melgar Valdivieso de Qitaracza. La investigación tuvo como propósito identificar la dimensión predominante del aprendizaje organizacional que influye en el bienestar laboral de los docentes de educación secundaria - Lima (Perú). La investigación presentó el enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico- sustantivo, de diseño no experimental de corte transversal, correlacional- causal.
