Sumario:The purpose of the research is to describe the working conditions of early childhood education teachers, considering its setting, the classroom, in the dimensions infraestructure, media, materials, training, profesional development, and how they influence performance. The metodology is quantitive and descriptive. We applied a form of observation to measure each variable in the sample of 34 professors at the N° 10 Red Callao Region. The infraestructure does not meet the specification for the level according to the regulations it was observed that the furniture is heterogeneous. the most classrooms lack the means and materials because the state does not allocate resources t meet educational needs. The teachers have a proffesional degree, and different working hours for refresher courses, attend training courses annuality. The research will provide the diagnosis, to give priority to the design of educational policies and a budget necessary, s as to ensure an improvement continuous working conditions, and attention to early childhood, referred to in national and international agreements.
