Introduction: In this article, based on the theoretical exploration, the need to propose proposals towards the construction of an educational policy of the minimum necessary for the e-learning modality in the university has been identified in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. Background: Consequently, the heuristic and hermeneutical method were proposed, from which it follows that the virtualization of Peruvian education has meant an accelerated and unplanned process, from which the methodology applied in online teaching has evidenced great similarities with respect to face-to-face education. This paper introduces a proposal for allowing labor organizations to achieve a competitive advantage in enhancing their workers´learning, for which supervisors should play a principal roles, in providing conditions stimulating a continuous learning. The kind of learning emphasized is the one informally acquired, unlike formal procedures of traditional training. Finally, there are two questionnaires on the supervisor´s made as a learning facilitator, which might be used in labor training programs.

La percepción de la modalidad e-learning en la educación superior peruana resulta paradójica. Por una parte, es evidente el aporte que esta tiene como agente de desarrollo social y educativo, como se ejemplifica en la mayoría de universidades en el mundo. Sin embargo, la atención que esta recibe desde el punto de vista de las normas y estatutos denota una diferencia de oportunidades a favor de la educación presencial. Por tal motivo, este estudio de reflexión teórica ofrece un recorrido a las principales condiciones de buena praxis en educación a distancia y su efectiva concordancia con un caso de éxito en una universidad peruana.

The learning of mathematics and its teaching are complex for the Peruvian student and teacher, especially in contexts marked by low economic conditions, in which quechua has already been forgotten due to its scarce practice. As a purpose, we propose to characterize the meanings of the learning and teaching of mathematics in quechua and Spanish, based on the qualitative - narrative approach, we assume a sample of 10 students and two quechua speakers and Spanish speakers of Huancavelica and Comas district (Lima). Dara collected under differenr didacric condirions and evaluarion steps of a program for the learning of reading and wriring are reponed. The firsr didacric condirion corresponds ro an inirial phase of projecrion ro rhe communiry wirh rhe reachers help (Mares, Plancarre y Rueda, 1994). The second evaluarion is about a tesr applied in four experimemal programs designed by Mares et. al. based en rhe behavioral taxonomy developed by Ribes and Lopez (1985). Finally, rhe rhird condition corresponds ro rhe adaptarion of a reading and writing program for 40 children (Mares, Bazan and Farfan, 1995). El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar las propiedades psicométricas (evidencias de validez y confiabilidad) de la ENCAO en trabajadores de una empresa privada del sector de hidrocarburos en Lima Metropolitana. Para esto, se evaluó a una muestra de 384 participantes, 64 % mujeres y 36 % hombres, con edades entre los 19 y los 56 años (M = 29.57 años, DE = 7.33). Using movies in the classroom is not a new proposal, but it is mostly used as an educational resource and not as a methodology capable of conducting learning so that it could be considered as an educational methodology by itself: movie-based learning (MBL). Starting this transformation requires studying the state of the art to look for previous experiences in which movies have been used in the classroom. Through a systematic literature review (articles and books published both in Spanish and English in the last twenty years) on the use of movies in the classroom, an approach to documented teaching practices was made to determine their distinctive features. Neither documented evidence on the use of movies in the classroom as a methodology nor a correlation with the improvement of students’ academic performance were found.

Las redes de colaboración de multicentros son esenciales para el avance de la investigación y mejorando la atención clínica de variedad de condiciones. La redes de investigación son particularmente importantes para las infecciones del sistema nervioso central, las cuales son difíciles de estudiar. Se revisa nuestra experiencia de desarrollo de redes de investigación en encefalitis en doce hospitales de cinco ciudades peruanas desde el año 2009, y se presentan sugerencias prácticas para ayudar a otros grupos de investigación en áreas de recursos limitados.

Objetivo: Avaliar a eficácia dos modelos de aprendizagem profunda e das suas extensões com modelos de volatilidade condicional na previsão da volatilidade do Índice Geral S&P/BVL Peru. Métodos: O estudo adotou um desenho analítico não experimental, transversal, para prever a volatilidade do Índice Geral S&P/BVL Peru, analisando 5807 dados de 3 de janeiro de 2000 a 16 de outubro de 2023. El objetivo de la presente investigación consistió en analizar las condiciones laborales de universidades peruanas, ante la virtualidad de la educación en el contexto de la pandemia COVID-19. La metodología utilizada se desarrolló desde el enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, tipo descriptivo, paradigma positivista y método analítico. The main purpose that guides the development of the current investigation was to establish if the thinking abilities are related to the self-regulated learning, in a sample of 284 students from the Education Faculty of a Public University of Lima. For that reason, a non-experimental design was used, of a correlational type. To the chosen sample were applied the Questionnaire of Thinking Abilities of Alberto Acevedo and Marcela Carrera, and the Questionnaire of Self-Regulation for learning of Juan Carlos Torre.
