The general objectives of this study were both the frequency and characteristics of the Burnout syndrome in primary school teachers with experience equal to or greater than five years of public institutions in the districts of Huaraz and Independence, as planning and evaluating results of a psychoeducational intervention program. The pre –experimental study with pre and post test, with one group. In a sample of 133 teachers, 08 teachers were selected women, according to inclusion criteria. We used the survey and a questionnaire that included demographics and Maslach Scale - ED. Some conclusions were: 1) Teachers have “Burnout” in the initial stages (78.2%), intermediate (2.3%) and final (19.5%) 2) The psychoeducational intervention program applied to cases of Burnout in the final stage (VII) has been significantly effective in reducing emotional exhaustion (83.3%).

La presente investigación, tiene como objetivo general conocer las enfermedades determinantes del ausentismo laboral en los colaboradores del área de Gestión Ambiental de la Municipalidad Distrital Pueblo Libre, la población estuvo compuesta por 187 obreros. Se utilizó el diseño cuantitativo no experimental de tipo transversal descriptivo El instrumento que se utilizó fue la encuesta y cuestionario. La información fue procesada mediante el programa SPSS versión 25 y en Microsoft Excel, la muestra estuvo conformada por 54.5% varones y 45.5% mujeres. La investigación parte del objetivo determinar la eficacia de la aplicación de un programa de intervención laboral en el control de riesgo disergonómico en el personal administrativo de la Universidad Nacional de Cañete. La investigación se encuadra dentro del tipo de investigación aplicada, nivel explicativo, diseño pre experimental. La muestra estuvo conformada por 60 trabajadores administrativos de la Universidad Nacional de Cañete. This study evaluated the online implementation of a positive psychological intervention for retirees during the COVID-19 pandemic in Brazil. A mixed longitudinal design with pre-post-intervention and implementation process evaluation was used. Thirty convenience retirees aged between 52-87 years participated (M=65.13; SD=9.22). The instruments were: a sociodemographic questionnaire, visual analog scale, program and sessions’ evaluation form, and moderator’s field diary. Introduction. Primary-level teachers are exposed to physical risks that they can control through an exercise program, which seeks improved promotions for their health in a timely manner. Objectives. To determine the effect of an exercise program on the musculoskeletal symptoms in primary school teachers. Methods. An experimental study was carried out, where the Cornell questionnaire was applied. Results. The teachers had a median age of 52 years. The research was carried out with the objective of determining the effectiveness of the self-control program based on neurolinguistic programming (PNL) for the reduction of work stress in workers of the tax administration management of a municipality of Peru. The method used in this research is the pre-experimental method. The population of this study was thirty workers, the technique used is non-probability sampling. The instrument for measuring stress was the stress questionnaire from the Colombian Ministry of Social Protection. Introduction. The cardiovascular rehabilitation programs (CRP) represent an effective multidisciplinary medical-health strategy in prevention and control of cardiovascular problems. Objective. To assess the impact of a CRP carried out in the workplace, in reducing absolute cardiovascular risk in INCOR workers. Methods. Provide training for digital media is a possible solution to this problem as it adapts to the availability of time workers and employers and allows interactively customize the content so that learning is maximized. To test this hypothesis, we conducted an experimental evaluation using a randomized controlled trial in a Peruvian company advertising services to verify that, providing training intervention based on technologies of e -learning of second generation that is suited to the capabilities care and busy work schedule of employees of SMEs, the understanding of the content of training and labor productivity is increased.

In this context, the program Heritage for Development of the Spanish Cooperation began its work in the Historic Center of Lima. In a situation in which the priority is not the intervention in cultural assets, a project emerged that seeks to meet society’s different needs through the revaluation of the patrimony. El presente estudio, de tipo descriptivo y diseño no experimental, tiene como objetivo determinar el clima laboral que abunda en los trabajadores del área de empleo del Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo sede central ubicada en el distrito de Jesús María – Lima. El instrumento que se utilizó fue la Escala de Clima laboral elaborada por Sonia Palma Carrillo (2004) que evalúa el nivel de percepción del ambiente laboral. La presente investigación es descriptiva y de diseño no experimental, tiene como finalidad determinar el clima laboral en los operadores telefónicos de la Central de Emergencias de seguros Rímac – Lima Cercado. El instrumento utilizado es la Escala de Clima laboral que fue construida por Sonia Palma Carrillo (2004) evalúa el nivel de percepción del ambiente laboral. La muestra es de 45 operadores telefónicos, se usó un muestreo censal.
