This article conducts a systematic review to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the transformation of judicial processes, following the guidelines of the PRISMA methodology. The main objective is to assess how AI contributes to efficiency, accuracy and accessibility in the judicial field, identifying both its benefits and associated ethical challenges. Studies published between 2020 and 2024 were collected and analyzed in databases such as Scopus and SCielo, using specific search equations and previously defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results highlight that AI can optimize judicial processes by automating routine tasks and predictive decision making, with examples of implementation in countries such as Estonia and Singapore. This article discusses the necessary linkages that must exist between the State and the dialogue. To propose that the State is the space for dialogue par excellence, the text relies on the ethical nature that is inherent in the constitution of the State. Furthermore, the State represents a strategic and forward-looking perspective for human life in the world that is expressed and founded on such important issues as equality, recognition and democracy. This article analyzes the process of paradigm change in Law, a non-peaceful transition from a model developed in the XX century to a new law which will sit throughout the XXI century. The changes that have occurred from this new legal paradigm are not superficial, but rather crossing the structures and foundations of modern legal ideology and technique that underlies, as the constitutionalization of national law, the internationalization of economic relations, the development of treaties or development of Community law. Furthermore, the author refers to the impact that this change took place in the theoretical construction of taxes and the delimitation of the scope of the tax phenomenon.

The objective of the research is to identify the most representative variables considered critical for success in adoption processes in technology applicable to projects based on information technology and communications (ICT) in the framework of the digital transformation of organizations. For its identification, a cause-and-effect analysis is applied where the relationships that exist between ICT projects emerge and a categorization of technology projects for digital transformation framed in a classic evolution of projects, it is believed that before undertaking projects of this type it is important to consult this article in order to know in advance the variables that will guarantee successful projects.

This research article analyzes the regulatory changes in the labor field in Colombia during the COVID-19 pandemic and their impact on preventing digital workplace harassment. The global health emergency has generated the creation of norms aimed at regulating new forms of work, such as telework and distance work. However, the use of information and communication technologies in remote work has increased the risk of digital workplace harassment, which has generated the need to adapt regulatory provisions to the new realities of work. This essay analyzes the contribution, contradiction, practice, and evaluation of digital evidence in workplace harassment processes, where evidence becomes a fundamental element for the accreditation of facts and the generation of corresponding legal effects.

The article identifies the urban catalysts located in the Barrios Altos area, in the Historical Center of Lima. These are analyzed and classified within the urban evolutionary process of the area, characterized by historical events of political, social, economic, cultural, and architectural nature, which happens in accordance with the periods of the historical-evolutionary process that confronts the city of Lima between 1535 and 2015. This material shows the political characteristics of Chilean society during the three years prior to the outbreak of October 2019. To account for this situation we have considered a theoretical and methodological contribution. In the theoretical aspect, we have considered the concept of sociopolitical matrix (MSP) and its destructuring process since the last decades of the 20th century. Remote work has raised questions among companies and employees regarding its effectiveness and development. Therefore, the objective of this research is to answer the question: What is the impact of remote work on organizations? To achieve this, a systematic investigation was carried out using the Prisma method, which allowed the identification, selection, and analysis of various articles from recognized databases such as Scopus and Web of Science. In the initial search, 54,003 articles were found, which were filtered according to various criteria, resulting in 30 final articles. The results show that remote work can have a positive impact on job satisfaction, work-life balance, productivity, and innovation. However, some negative impacts were also identified, such as increased fatigue, social isolation, and lack of communication.

This paper shows that it is possible to estimate, from a single interferogram image, the error of the concave shape for an optically polished surface that will be used as a mirror in a reflecting telescope. In the Optics Laboratory of the PUCP, a Twyman-Green interferometer has been implemented; surface images with overlapping interference fringes known as interferograms are acquired. Algorithms based on Fourier transform allows the reconstruction of the surface shape and its deviation from ideal concave shape. Images were evaluated for different numbers of interference fringes in the same surface; in each case, a single image was necessary to determine surface error with the added advantage of not having contact with the surface.
