El presente artículo tiene como objetivo reflejar el cambio de las concepciones territoriales y de fronteras en el Perú por medio de un análisis de las Constituciones Políticas,desde el inicio (Constitución de 1823) hasta la actualidad (Constitución de 1993). Si bien el cambio en las comprensiones territoriales pasará de una concepciónterritorial en clave soberana a una concepción territorial en clave de integración, las acciones gubernamentales en torno a las relaciones internacionales y la geopolítica continuaránreproduciendo la idea de un territorio construido desde arriba (top-down), soslayándose perspectivas a nivel local y transfronterizo que permitan resignificar nuestrasrelaciones de integración.

This material shows the political characteristics of Chilean society during the three years prior to the outbreak of October 2019. To account for this situation we have considered a theoretical and methodological contribution. In the theoretical aspect, we have considered the concept of sociopolitical matrix (MSP) and its destructuring process since the last decades of the 20th century. As a methodological element we have considered the «Longitudinal Social Study of Chile» (ELSOC) and the evidence that allows us to account for the destructuring of the MSP during the years prior to the outbreak. El estudio tuvo por objetivo determinar la asociación entre la calidad editorial e índice de impacto de las revistas científicas institucionales de la región de Tacna en el periodo 2018 – 2019. Se trató de una investigación documental, transversal, retrospectiva y de nivel correlacional. La población de estudio estuvo comprendida por 32 fascículos correspondientes a ocho revistas científicas locales. The study aimed to determine the association between editorial quality and impact index of institutional scientific journals of the Tacna region in the period 2018 - 2019. It was a documentary, cross-sectional, retrospective and correlational research. The study population consisted of 32 issues corresponding to eight local scientific journals. The instruments used were documentary observation, one referred to the verification of the editorial quality characteristics of the Latindex Catalog 2.0 and the second to the recording of the impact index of the issues evaluated.
