The purpose of this article is to analyze the rights that reach the child or adolescent when they are immersed in a process of challenge of paternity, in this way, seeks to define the regulatory context established in the irrevocability and expiration of the denial of recognition of filiation, established in articles 395º and 400º of the civil code. Likewise, the right to the child’s identity will be analyzed, both in its static aspect and in the dynamics and the right to be integrated to its biological family, with the purpose of understanding with greater amplitude the invoked rights and being able to make a correct weighing before an evident collision of principles; searching in response what most benefits the child or adolescent.

In this paper, we present a novel system that combines process discovery and conformance checking to optimize resource usage in the operations area of banking companies. Our proposed system improves upon previous solutions by integrating real-time process mining techniques to reduce resource consumption in banking operations. The use of real-time process mining techniques in the proposed system enables faster error identification in processes, emphasizing the importance of such techniques for banking companies. The system is comprised of two integrated process mining techniques, as reported in existing literature. Process discovery involves two key components: dataset generation and process visualization. Additionally, compliance checking involves process monitoring, alerts, and reports. To validate the effectiveness of our system, we conducted a stress test, which was evaluated by exper...

This article aims to integrate business processes in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs, or PYMES for its acronym in Spanish). The integration will be achieved through the development of web applications based on integration architectures, such as Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web services. The integration of business processes allows companies to join their business objectives, as well as optimize processes based on the concept of service. To achieve an optimal communication between companies and their clients through the services, various web standards were used, including: XML as standard format to describe the data; SOAP as data exchange protocol; WSDL to describe available services; and finally UDDI to publish information and check what web services are available.

Peru has a fragmented health system, which limits access to its health services because the people seeking medical services can only be treated in specified health centers that are determined by their health insurance. Additionally, this causes each health provider to count and manage their processes and information in an isolated and independent manner. In the Peruvian case, this generates an overload in public health services, since, of the 83.3% of insured nationwide, 73.1% belong to the public sector. Therefore, a process architecture is presented, based on the Zachman framework, that integrates the processes of health services (outpatient, hospitalization and emergencies), as well as an Information Technology (IT) process that supports them. The architecture aims to ensure that level III hospitals in Peru have standardized processes and information, as well as to guarantee their app...

Geo-referenced textual data has been the subject of multiple investigations, by providing opportunities to better understand certain phenomena according to the content that is shared, either on-line such as social networks, blogs, and news; or through repositories such as scientific research articles, geo-referenced virtual books, among others. However, the characteristics of this information are studied, analyzed and processed separately, either through its textual components or its geo-spatial components, which offers a separate understanding of the results. In this paper, we propose an integration of textual and geo-spatial components from the pre-processing phase to the visualization stage, As a part of the Document Mapping process based on the phases of the Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD). Achieving two main results (1) minimize the problems that arise in the visual phase, su...

This contribution analyzes the role fulfilled by International Labor Standards and, specifically, by social clauses in Free Trade Conventions and Agreements, as a way of preventing social dumping and building a social dimension in the globalization and regionalization of economy. The author offers the case of the MERCOSUR Labor and Social Declaration, issued in 2015, which amends that of the year 1998, studying its contents, legal efficacy and supervision mechanisms. He emphasizes the fact that social charters generally limit themselves to recognizing fundamental or basic labor rights already found in the legislation of the member countries, but which are nonetheless useful for hindering attempts to deregulate or relax social and labor provisions.

Stochastic processes with the long-range dependency (LRD) property are fundamental to modeling data that exhibit slow power decay of the covariance function. Such behavior often appears in the analysis of financial data, telecommunications, and various natural phenomena. Thus, introducing new stochastic models and statistical methods that take the LRD into account is of great interest. Based on previous work, we introduce a new stochastic process called quadratic fractionally integrated moving average, that arises from the Quadratic Ornstein-Uhlenbeck Type (QOUT) process, proposed in the literature. We consider Lévy noises of finite second-order moments and use a construction based on a moving average stochastic process whose kernel is that of a QOUT process. Then, using Riemann-Liouville fractional integrals, we propose a fractionally integrated moving average process, for ...

A comprehensive understanding of social management in the La Libertad region requires the analysis and evaluation of substantive achievements and critical factors experienced in the economic, political, cultural and environmental dimensions. Therefore, an analysis of the region's water resources must link them to their role as the most important catalyst of the productive vocation and the forms of political and cultural organization of its regional societies from pre-Hispanic times to the present. In this sense, we are interested, on the one hand, in contrasting, from a cost-benefit approach, both the agro-industrial dynamics and the mining activity and industrial processes installed in the region. On the other hand, we are interested in analyzing the trends of the conflict between the regional comparative advantage expressed in its diversity of water sources (which allow it to expand it...

Talides basistrigata Eaton, 1932, originally described from Peru, was subsequently transferred to the genus Hylephila Billberg, 1820 by Evans (1955) and considered a subspecies of H. phyleus (Drury, 1773), arguing that basistrigata inhabits drier environments than phyleus. Currently, the taxonomic status proposed by Evans is retained. The aim of this study is to reinstate the taxonomic status of valid species for basistrigata based on an integrative analysis considering morphological, ecological, and genetic aspects. Genitalic structures were examined in specimens of both basistrigata and phyleus, mitochondrial COI gene sequences were obtained for both species, and field data were collected to understand their oviposition behaviour in the vicinity of Arequipa city, southwestern Peru. As a result of the morphological examination, notable differences were found between the male genitalia s...

The Peruvian construction sector, especially its SMEs, faces critical inefficiencies in supply chain management, particularly in procurement processes. Past research has shown that these inefficiencies lead to significant cost overruns and delays. This study addressed these challenges by implementing a procurement model integrating Lean Construction, Kaizen, and Just-In-Time (JIT). The main challenges identified were excess material purchases (20.12% of cost overruns) and late deliveries (25.84% of operations). The model reduced late deliveries from 25.84% to 8.95% and purchasing errors from 8.49% to 3.33%, confirming its effectiveness. The research has substantial academic and socio-economic implications for Peruvian SMEs, providing a solution that enhances efficiency and reduces operational costs. Further research should explore broader applications of this model and strategies to prom...
