This article is dedicated to give an historical critique vision about the contribution of the great mathematician Alberto P. Calderon on potential classical theory and on the singular integrals. In general, Calderon’s work was central in harmonic analysis in the second half of 20th Century because of it’s deepness, high originality andbeauty of his Works.

In this note we give the motivation and some details about the group {At}, which appears in the generalization of the classical Calder´on-Zygmund’s theory on singular integrals.

In this brief note we continue with the study of the group {At}, which it help to define the operators Tt y ~Tt, also to define the differential operator A (see [1]).

The ain of this paper is present a vision of an essential field of the modern analysis like it is the Fourier analysis. we focus on some historical aspects and then we explain the analytical arguments that are accessible to understand.We think this subject is not very well know in Peru, our country, especially inthe way we address this subject. By the other hand, this text is about the classical aspects of the Fourier theory.

The objetive of this note is to present an extension of the inequality of John-Nirenberg relative to a characterization of the spaces of bounded mean oscillation (spaces BMO). Another extension of this inequality is mentioned.

In this writing, we present a brief overview of wavelets theory, a theory that has had great success in applications to various areas of science and technology. This article aims to inform about some wavelets ideas, as well as some of its applications.

To describe our academic-professional life in the UNT during the period of 1960 - 1989 (february)- To leave a legacy to the present and future generations.

En esta exposición damos algunas ideas sobre la evolución de las ondaletes, una nueva teoría surgida en la clásica teoría de Fourier así como en la matemática aplicada (tratamiento de las señales e imágenes). Sus aplicaciones en delicadas áreas del análisis (ecuaciones en derivadas parciales, análisis no-lineal, ... ), así como en diversos sectores de la tecnología contemporánea y de la física teórica, hacen de tal teoría un campo estimulante para su estudio en nuestro medio.

En esta nota se dan los detalles de casos particulares de una extensión de la desigualdad de John- Nirenberg.

El autor pretende motivar al lector sobre la importancia de una teoría que nace de problemas del análisis complejo real, y que con el transcurrir de los años se convirtió en una bella área del análisis armónico .Los operadores integrales singulares, una profunda teorla iniciada por Calderón - Zygmund en 1952, cuyas proyecciones aún no terminan en nuestros días. El lector encontrará un conjunto de temas, escritos con el objetivo de interesarlo por ún posible estudio de la teoría en contextos más completos.

En esta breve nota damos una visión de los espacios de Hardy Hp y de los espacios de oscilación media acotada BMO, dos clásicos espacios que ha jugado un importante rol en las investigaciones de temas centrales en el análisis armónico. La bibliografía dada nos abre muchos caminos a seguir en este campo.

En esta exposición presentamos algunas cuestiones relacionadas con la crisis producida en el interior de la matemática a fines del siglo pasado, y que preocupó a los matemáticos de aquel entonces. El tema pretende divulgar entre nuestra comunidad aspectos de la historia de la matemática, lo que deberla ser parte en la formación de todo matemático.

Expreso mi homenaje al Dr. José Tola Pasquel, a quien debemos el surgimiento de un nuevo estilo de hacer matemática en nuestro país. Asimismo, expresarle mi gratitud por los consejos y atención que me brindó en una época difícil de entenderse el valor y la utilidad de la matemática. Nos proponemos dar algunas ideas sobre cómo la matemática ha influído en el desarrollo científico y tecnológico. Para ello, recurriremos a la historia de nuestra ciencia; así, no solo nos ilustramos del valor de la matemática, si no también de algunos hechos históricos tan atrayentes para un lector en general.
