La gestión educativa es una de las dinámicas operativas de mayor tendencia en los últimos años, la cual promueve el funcionamiento de un conjunto de sistemas integrados que buscan de forma conjunta objetivos que van de la mano con el requerimiento social, protagonizando con ello un papel fundamental en el posicionamiento de la educación (Alvarado-Palma et al., 2022;Castillo & Venegas, 2017). This descriptive research aims to assess the quality of educational service of the career ofInternational Business Management provided at a Higher Technological Institute. This study wascarried out on the basis of the SINEACE standards (National System of Evaluation, Accreditationand Certification of Higher Education); for this purpose, various techniques were used such assurveys, interviews, documentary analysis, in situ observation.The research concludes that the educational service of the career under study has a low qualitylevel; therefore, it is not ready to obtain the accreditation.Finally, some recommendations are provided to increase such quality level and achieve the requiredaccreditation.

The research sought to verify the relationshipthat exists on organizational climate and the qualityof educational service provided by the NationalDance Institute Raymond Mauge Thoniel of thecity of Guayaquil-Ecuador 2017. The article analyzes the political mobilization of the Central Commission group and the struggle for power in the dispute to govern in Unit 071 of the National Pedagogical University (UPN) in Chiapas, Mexico, in the midst of neoliberal policy in higher education. The qualitative positioning and use of ethnography, through participant observation, data were collected from three moments in the power dispute: appointment of the director, resignation due to closure of university facilities and persistence of the struggle to maintain the form of governance. After the War of the Pacific, education became crucial in addressing the lack of patriotism and the perceived “indigenous inferiority”—factors that, according to intellectual critique of the time, had led to the defeat by Chile. This article aims to analyze how the Peruvian state restructured the educational system during the period of National Reconstruction. It explores the challenges and approaches of Peruvian schooling throughout the nineteenth century. By examining the development of educational institutions up to 1879, it seeks to understand the reconstruction process in the post-war years until the late nineteenth century. Analyzing education in these periods allows us to understand its role during the foundational moments of the Republic.

Eco-efficiency Management at RENIEC, where its 4 000 servers nationwide use and consume huge amounts of resources for their processes, which constitutes an environmental problem due to the generation of negative impacts. Through this research with a scientific approach, and methodology of experimental design and analysis of variance applied to a random sample of servers, forming two groups (experimental and control), who underwent a pre and posttest (both groups), and in turn, the experimental group was intensively trained in eco-efficiency and related topics. This research seeks to know how, from a case of a public institute in the San Martín region, Peru, it contributes to its region based on its links with the productive structure and with its students. For this, interviews were carried out with key actors in the educational environment of the institute, such as students and management personnel. Likewise, a documentary analysis of the main national and regional plans, policies and evaluations was carried out. This allowed us to know the perceptions and subjectivities of these linked actors, all based on their own experience, such as family and educational background.
