La investigación buscó la comprobación de larelación que existente sobre clima organizacional y lacalidad de servicio educativo brindado por el InstitutoNacional de Danza Raymond Mauge Thoniel de laciudad de Guayaquil-Ecuador 2017. La investigaciónfue descriptivo- correlacional y de diseño noexperimental-transversal. Se recolectaron los datoscon una encueta para cada variable adaptada a tipoLikert cuya muestra fue 95 estudiantes, 08 docentes,03 personal administrativo, 02 directivos. Objective. To determine the relationship between the workplace environment and the onset of burnout syndrome in a group of workers from higher education institutes. Methods. Observational, descriptive, cross-sectional research with a correlational descriptive non-experimental design, for data collection two Likert-type scales were used: Palma workplace environment scale and Maslach burnout inventory. The sample consisted of 51 workers, who were selected through a non-probability convenience sampling. Results. A favorable work environment was evidenced in 49 % (25) and unfavorable in 3.9 % (2); 39.2 % (20) experienced the burnout syndrome as medium and 29.4 % (15) as low. The present research, with a quantitative approach, aims to determine how the evaluation culture is related to the quality of the educational service in the students of the Faculty of Education of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Objective: Identify the relationship between transformational leadership and job performance in the collaborators of a institute of education private higher in the city of Arequipa, Peru, 2024. Materials and methods: The study was of a basic type, of non-experimental design and a cross-sectional section; besides, it also had correlational scope and was developed under a quantitative approach. After the War of the Pacific, education became crucial in addressing the lack of patriotism and the perceived “indigenous inferiority”—factors that, according to intellectual critique of the time, had led to the defeat by Chile. This article aims to analyze how the Peruvian state restructured the educational system during the period of National Reconstruction. It explores the challenges and approaches of Peruvian schooling throughout the nineteenth century. By examining the development of educational institutions up to 1879, it seeks to understand the reconstruction process in the post-war years until the late nineteenth century. Analyzing education in these periods allows us to understand its role during the foundational moments of the Republic.

Rounds for patient safety is a recommended practice to increase the quality of clinical and non-clinical services involved in patient care. It consists of planned visits of the relevant executive staff in order to establish direct relationship with personnel and patients with an educational attitude and with the general objective to strengthen the culture of patient safety. In the Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal, a category III-2 establishment specialized in the care of women, pregnant women and newborns, these rounds have been in practice since 2011, and improvements in safe care for patients have been obtained. We present the experience of the Institute between years 2011 and 2017.

This research seeks to know how, from a case of a public institute in the San Martín region, Peru, it contributes to its region based on its links with the productive structure and with its students. For this, interviews were carried out with key actors in the educational environment of the institute, such as students and management personnel. Likewise, a documentary analysis of the main national and regional plans, policies and evaluations was carried out. This allowed us to know the perceptions and subjectivities of these linked actors, all based on their own experience, such as family and educational background.

O presente estudo procura determinar o efeito da gamificação como estratégia de avaliação formativa em estudantes de um Instituto de Ensino Superior Tecnológico Público. A pesquisa foi do tipo aplicada com desenho pré-experimental e abordagem quantitativa. A amostra foi composta por 24 alunos do 5º semestre do curso de Secretariado Executivo. Os dados foram coletados por meio de uma rubrica de avaliação. Assim, foram desenvolvidos 36 critérios e uma escala ordinal de quatro níveis para mensurar a variável de avaliação formativa. Foi utilizado o teste estatístico T de Wilcoxon, obtendo-se um Z = 4,288. Para a hipótese geral, obteve-se um valor de p – valor <0,00. O estudo conclui que houve diferenças importantes no início (pré-teste) e no final do experimento (pós-teste).

El presente trabajo indaga si la implementación del aula híbrida se relaciona con las   herramientas en estudiantes de un instituto. Para descubrirlo se utilizó la siguiente metodología. Un enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo bivariado. Diseño descriptivo correlacionar. Objetivo: Capacitar sobre recursos o herramientas tecnológicas para la educación virtual en el I.E.S.T. público “Aucará”. Método: El método consistió en la capacitación de docentes y estudiantes en la plataforma del Google Workspace for Education, el uso de las herramientas más importantes como Google meet, Drive, Forms, Jamboard en el desarrollo de las clases y las evaluaciones, intervieron. Participaron del proyecto 23 estudiantes de la carrera de Enfermería Técnica II y 16 estudiantes de la carrera de Producción agropecuaria II. Objetivo: El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre la autoeficacia académica y las estrategias de aprendizaje en los estudiantes de la Facultad de Educación de la UNMSM. Metodología: En cuanto, su metodología fue de tipo básica con un enfoque metodológico cuantitativo, y de nivel descriptivo y correlacional, utilizó como diseño de investigación el no experimental. La población estuvo compuesta por 1869 estudiantes de las Escuelas Académico Profesionales de Educación y Educación Física, de los cuales se seleccionó una muestra aleatoria simple de 319 alumnos.
