Esta investigación tiene como objetivo demostrar cómo la calidad del servicio educativo se relaciona con la fidelización de los alumnos de la escuela de banca de institutos privados del distrito de Surco en el 2019. Realiza un estudio de tipo descriptivo, correlacional. No experimental, transversal y de orientación cuantitativa. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 129 estudiantes de la escuela de banca de los institutos Sise y Certus, de ambos sexos.
