This paper highlights the need to examine the role of a constituent assembly within a democratic and constitutional system. To this end, a detailed analysis of the issue is undertaken on the basis of doctrine and constitutional history. It is concluded that the purpose of a constituent assembly is to establish a constituent power and to reform the constitution. Constituent power is the ability of a society to create or reform fundamental rights and the structure of government. Thus, the Constituent Assembly is the way in which the people exercise this power with the aim of amending the existing constitution or creating a new one. The study of executive functions is a subject that arouses the interest of researchers in neuropsychology and neuroscience. In particular, the evolutionary aspects of these neuropsychological functions, in an effort to be able to identify the way in which these functions appear in the child and how they take shape in adolescence, is a topic under exploration. The present investigation sought to determine if there were differences in the evolution of executive functions in children differentiated in age groups: 6-7 years, 8-9 years, 10-12 years. It is interesting to notice that authors such as Théry (1985), le Gall and Marin (1993) and le Gall (1996) who study reconstituted families have not dealt with all of the possible consequences of the idea of family constellation, specially the one which states that the concept of family should include more than just residency. Objective:To identify obstacles and errors that manifest students of the National University of Apurimac –Micaela Bastidasregarding the use of different representations of the function concept. Method:Descriptive study with non-experimental design of simple descriptive type. The collection of information was done through a questionnaire composed of 9 open questions, a sample of 99 students from different careers of the University. Teleosemantic is the theory that proposes an explanation of mental representation on the basis of the Darwinian theory of biological function. Although Darwin explains biological traits for both historical and adaptationist causes, Papineau and other proponents of teleosemantic rely only on the adaptationist dimension of the theory to account for the identity of the biological trait. This is shown in the teleosemantic response to the possibility that an exact duplicate of a human arose from non-evolutionary causes (the swampman). El presente estudio tiene por objetico analizar la organización social comunal y el impacto de esta en las formas de territorialización del Estado a través de la privatización de sus funciones básicas, que se ven sustituidas a través de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE). The objective of the study was to evaluate the incidence of the application of trigonometric functions in a heuristic mode, on the cognitive development of adolescents from Cauri. In this sense, the autonomous variable was applied to the dependent variable to generate an effect of improvement in cognitive development. The study had an explanatory level, basic type and quasi-experimental design. The population was made up of 335 young people from Cauri, from which a non-random sample of 46 was selected, who were grouped as follows: 20 in the experimental group and 26 in the control group. La presente investigación es de tipo básica-correlacional, tiene como variables de estudio al bullying y al funcionamiento familiar en estudiantes de la Institución Educativa San Ramón-Recoleta de la ciudad de Cajamarca, 2019. El objetivo de la investigación es determinar si existe relación entre el bullying y las dimensiones del funcionamiento familiar en cada uno de los adolescentes. Para esto, se aplicaron dos tests: CUVE3-ESO y FACES IV. La población fue de 600 estudiantes. La muestra escogida consta de 234 adolescentes, obtenidos con la fórmula de muestra finita bajo el criterio no probabilístico.
