The study reviews some common concepts about Law, such as the paradigm that the person becomes an object with death, laying down in question the traditional idea that the rights of the human being are extinguished with his death, raising the possibility of their recognition through the concept of “transcendent preterit personality” and taking into account the posthumous dignity of the person. To this end, the subject is analyzed both from a theoretical and a practical perspective, offering a more complete perspective in the better defense and protection of the Fundamental Rights, among other issues related to the subject.

Este estudio se ocupa del principio de autonomía de la voluntad, a partir de algunas reflexiones generales acerca de la vinculación de la tecnología con diversos temas fundamentales del derecho y la ética, destacando la necesidad de una debida preparación de los jueces, sobre todo en materia bioética, para una debida comprensión de la naturaleza del ser humano. This study deals with the principle of autonomy, from some general thoughts about linking technology with several key issues of law and ethics, emphasizing the need for proper training of judges, particularly in terms bioethics, for a proper understanding of human nature. Next, the scope and limits of freedom, especially in the field of law of the People, distinguishing freedom from mere decision, much discussed issue in the field of bioethics are analyzed. Finally, are considering the limits of the autonomy of the volundad are: respect for life, dignity, the principle of autotelia, the best interests of the child, freedom itself, responsibility, public order and good customs reason, fundamental rights, the principles of bioethics, the conditions of validity of the act, the law, morality, personal will own the symmetry principle, the principle of inviolability of the person, etc.

El artículo se refiere a la consideración del cuerpo humano como soporte de la investigación en medicina, teniendo en cuenta la importancia del mismo, ya que la vida del hombre es la vida de su cuerpo. Se revisa la consideración histórica del cuerpo, haciendo una síntesis de los cuatro momentos de su historia: descubrimiento, conocimiento, implosión y mixturización, pasando luego a relacionar el tema con la biopolítica del siglo XXI.

The article is a reflection since the law on the appearance of "autonomous vehicles", which have been emerging under the promise of a safer and cleaner alternative to the problems of insecurity and vehicular chaos, which affect us, derived from the lack of a culture of compliance with traffic rules, among other factors. However, this new technology is not exempt from risks and ethical and legal implications that must be noted before it reaches our environment, outlining the need for a regulatory and control framework that monitors the application and technology of these vehicles in order to offer the necessary guarantees to preserve in the best way not only the rights of the users of these cars but also of the pedestrians.
