This study assesses the effectiveness of programs aimed at preventing and legally addressing sexual violence in Ecuadorian educational institutions. A quantitative and descriptive approach is employed, using surveys to collect data from parents whose children have been victims of sexual violence. The results indicate that legal assistance programs increase formal reports and provide emotional support to victims. The need for comprehensive programs is emphasized, and improvements in preventive measures and legal procedures are proposed. The study underscores the importance of legal counseling in combating sexual violence in educational contexts in Ecuador.

In rural areas of the Loreto region within the Peruvian Amazon, maternal mortality rate is above the national average and the majority of women deliver at home without care from a trained health care provider. To develop community-tailored videos that could be used for future interventions, we conducted Photovoice and digital storytelling workshops with community health workers (CHW) and mothers from 13 rural communities in the Parinari district.

The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of a program based on collaborative digital tools to enhance the academic performance of students of the Early Childhood Education career at an Ecuadorian university during 2025. The research is framed in the use of digital technologies in education, contributing to the fulfillment of Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4), aimed at guaranteeing equitable access to innovative pedagogical resources and the development of competencies of the 21st century. A longitudinal quasi experimental design with a quantitative approach was applied, forming an experimental group and a control group in a sample of 140 students. This article presents an experience carried out by the faculty of the third year of the Infant Education degree at the Ramon Llull University in Barcelona (Spain). A proposal for multidisciplinary intervention that joins two modules: one for arts (musical, corporal, visual, and plastic education) and another for sciences (mathematics, and experimental and social sciences). The intervention stems from a generating idea—the book “Alice in Wonderland”—which allows for connections between the contents of the modules, involves co-teaching, multidisciplinary work, and shared evaluation experiences. The aim of the study is to get to know the perception of the participating faculty about the changes in the didactic components involved in the experience. Provide training for digital media is a possible solution to this problem as it adapts to the availability of time workers and employers and allows interactively customize the content so that learning is maximized. In the digital age, teachers’ digital competencies are important for effective education, yet many educators, particularly in Latin America, lack these essential skills. While gamification has shown promise in various education contexts, its effectiveness for developing teachers’ digital competencies remains understudied, especially in the Latin American setting. This study aimed to examine the effect of gamification on the development of digital competencies of basic education teachers in Trujillo, Peru. The objective was to evaluate the effect of the application of the GeoGebra software on the problem-solving skills of two-dimensional geometric figures in a sample of 53 university students distributed in two groups (control -experimental) evaluated in two moments: before and after the intervention. . Parametric tests were used to compare independent and related pairs and nonparametric tests were used to compare between classification levels. The results showed that the post-test experimental group was the one that presented the best performance, demonstrating that the use of GeoGebra software improved the solving skills of this type of mathematical problems, promoting collaborative work, social-student integration and improvement of the classroom climate. It is recommended to extend the use of this tool with other applications that help the teaching-learning process.

El creciente uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) en la educación ha dado lugar a una evolución considerable en los últimos años. Por ello, los educadores necesitan aprender cosas nuevas para integrar la tecnología en sus clases. Para responder a esta demanda, se llevó a cabo un estudio para sugerir un Google pedagógico que utilice instrumentos para mejorar la competencia digital de los profesores de primaria. The main purpose of this research was to determine whether the application of the digital tool Planeo results in the improvement of the pedagogical management of the secondary school teachers of the Santa María del Amazonas Educational Institution, Tamshiyacu. For this purpose, a pre experimental design was chosen, in which 32 secondary school teachers of the Santa María del Amazonas Educational Institution, Tamshiyacu, were evaluated by means of questionnaires and an observation form before and after the intervention with Planeo. The main purpose of this research was to evaluate the effect of the educational program, flipped class, on the digital competence achievement with teachers at 601582 Agustín Rivas Vásquez school, in the district of Fernando Lores 2024. The methodology used is a quantitative approach of an experimental or intervention type, and quasi-experimental design. This research analyzed the effect of the apllication o fan intervention program through the use of the digital portfolio to determine the acadmic performance of the Early Childhood Learning II course at a public university in Lima. The nature of the study was quantitative, with a preexperimental design, the population was 104 students and the sample consisted of 66 students.
