The purpose of this study is to determine the mental pattern of experts regarding the barriers to professional table tennis in Iran using Q methodology. The present study is applied in terms of purpose; In terms of exploratory nature; In terms of data collection, descriptive-survey, and due to application, Q methodology is a type of mixed research (quantitative-qualitative). Two current positions in the field of human development are presented. On the one hand, Scarr' s theory abour the effects of genotype on environment is discussed. On the other hand, the ecological theory of Bronfenbrenner, which describes human developmenr as an interaction between the developing person and his/her environment. The author discusses some aspects of both positions that need furrher study in order ro prevent negarive effects and have a better understanding of child development, in third world countries.

In this article, we analyze the extradition process from its origin in international criminal law, as well as its treatment in Peru and the procedure that must be followed to achieve extradition. Likewise, we develop the ruling of the Wong Ho Wing versus Peru case, in which the right to a trial within a reasonable time and personal liberty were violated in an extradition process, due to the delay in its conclusion and the excessive time that he was deprived of his liberty by the Peruvian authorities.

On March fourth of 2018 the Escazu Agreement was adopted, which first emerged on the United Nations Conference of Sustainable Development, also known as Rio + 20. The purpose of this agreement is to guarantee the full implementation of the rights to public participation in environmental decision-making processes, access to environmental information and access to justice.This paper analyzes the implications that ratifying the Escazu Agreement would cause in Colombia, in order to determine the impact of its implementation in the legal system.

The objective of the present study is to know the creative and entrepreneurship attitudes, and the intention to start up a business among the students from a Universidad Agraria La Molina. For this purpose, a sample of 262 students was taken. They belong to several majors, enrolled between the first and the last academic term. The results show us that most of the students have a positive attitude towards creativity and entrepreneurship. In the same way, there is a strong relationship with the intention to start up a new business. Furthermore, it was found a positive correlation, when it was conducted an analysis between the entrepreneurship components and the intention of starting a new business. This article analyses the status of education as a fundamental right. The recenteconomic crisis and associated austerity policies have worsened the situation and,rather than diminish, educational inequalities have in fact increased. Firstly, thesignificance of education as a Human Right is examined. Secondly, the extentto which the MDGs have been met is reviewed, particularly with regard toeducation, where, as detailed in various reports produced by NGOs and by theUnited Nations, certain difficulties have impeded their being met. The Right toEducation is examined in a projective way as a right that should not be limitedto the vision contained in the new Sustainable Development Goals for 2030.It is necessary to go still further and advance towards a true democratisation ofeducation.
