The objective of this study is to know the entrepreneurship attitudes, need for achievement, and the intention of developing a business among public university students in Lima Metropolitana. The study selected a sample of 657 students belonging to many majors, between the first semester and the tenth one. The findings show us that the most of the students have a positive attitude to creativity and entrepreneurship. By the same token, there is a strong relationship between the entrepreneurshipattitudes to start a new business and the need for achievement. However, that relationship diminishes when it is analyzed the relationship between the need for achievement and the intention of developing a new business. The objective of the present study is to know the creative and entrepreneurship attitudes, and the intention to start up a business among the students from a Universidad Agraria La Molina. For this purpose, a sample of 262 students was taken. They belong to several majors, enrolled between the first and the last academic term. The results show us that most of the students have a positive attitude towards creativity and entrepreneurship. In the same way, there is a strong relationship with the intention to start up a new business. Furthermore, it was found a positive correlation, when it was conducted an analysis between the entrepreneurship components and the intention of starting a new business. This study aims to understand the relationship between organizational trust and empowerment of employees in public and private organizations of Lima. Using two questionnaires measuring variables in a sample of 327 professionals from various specialties who complete postgraduate studies (second specialty, masters and doctorate) in a public university, it was found that there is a high degree of trust and empowerment among the participants about their position in the organization where they work; and both variables are associated significantly and positively.
