This paper intends to consider legal institution of “probation” as a transition to the free life after a period of prison confinement. Inconsistencies in the letter of the law on criminal enforcement of Argentina (24.660/96 and its amendments) and between the letter of the law and its implementation are described. Are showed two interlocutory decisions which grant or deny probation. Immediately arises the question about the comparison criteria between social relations maintained by these people among the context of confinement and the other of freedom due that parole is granted when the conduct and the concept confinement deserve a satisfactory rating without addressing the free life variables. It is then proposes the need to recognize other factors that nowadays are ignored and are of indispensable importance in planning public policy criminology.

The theory of market social economy appears neatly when dealing with environmental conservation and the search for the wellbeing of the underprivileged. These concepts have been used in various countries and today it is possible to see countries that carefully watch over their environment and have achieved signifi cant social balance. Peru has not been alien to environmental and social concepts and for more than four decades has establishes organizations, designed policies and enacted laws to look at these issues. However, the outcomes have been limited. Among the reasons that explain the ineffectiveness of such regulations and institutions perhaps among the most important are the lack of effective oversight and control over economic agents, and an ineffi cient design of the ways to attain goals through regulations and institutions. Development and environment. Bioethics role in a framework of global environmental changes The article intends to demonstrate how the dominant development model drives the planet to environmental unsustainable limits. Since the 1950s the development model has been led by economic growth without considering other dimensions as social or environmental. Maddison (2005) explains both production and population have been significantly increased in the last century; however, at the same time regional blocs’ gaps have augmented, persisting poverty levels and malnutrition in some countries. However, production and consumption levels have risen triggering an energetic and environmental crisis. These levels have become unsustainable and are driven the world to catastrophic scenarios. In this context, bioethics rises to give people’s guidance concerning personal, social and naturebehavior.

According to our own survey, carried out in Metropolitan Lima, more than 78% of regular basic education teachers who work in urban schools feel that they are not prepared to carry out virtual classes. This is because more than 72% of teachers have not received training in ICT. Likewise, of the digital tools provided by the Aprendo en Casa program, they only use the basic functionalities of video conference applications, such as zoom, Google meet and WhatsApp, for the development of their virtual classes. Additionally, teachers feel that the digital gamification tools currently provided are limited and complicated to use. In this sense, in this project, an APU-PLUS is proposed as an alternative to reinforce the learning process and allow, to design school gamified dynamics in a simple and intuitive way. To identify the teacher's need, Design Thinking and UX (user experience) were used. On...

It is exposed a general review on what has been the psychological study of the language through the history, departing from the first reflections and hypothesis on its ontogeny and relationships to other disciplines, until arriving to the contemporary directions. Between these are distinguished three principal blocks: a) psycholinguistic, b) constructivism or of the cognitive development, and c) behaviourist. After discussing critically the traditional ideas exposed by the representative of such current (as well as their divergences) to the light of their state and current followers, is made a short exploration taking into account the coincidence points that there are between these last. It is concluded that the future address, in terms of empirical practice, it has an interactive behavioural trend with communicational implications.

In this research, the objective was to describe the perceptions that university students manifest of their formative process when moving from a face-to-face modality to a virtual one in the time of the SARS-CoV2 pandemic. The object of study was constructed from a sociological perspective that associated objective conditions and the corresponding production of subjectivities. Methodologically, three moments were recovered: 1) determination of social and technological capital; 2) construction of social classes from the determination of the volume and structure of capital; and 3) detection of student perceptions. The results (Cronbach's alpha of 0.913) establish that the lower the volume and structure of the students, the lower the academic performance, the less proclivity to an online work, the greater the need for academic accompaniment and the lower the institutional follow-up. By way o...

The COVID-19 pandemic meant great stress and challenges for schools. In this context, distributed leadership emerged as a timely and relevant approach to understanding the changes that the school must adopt. In this research, through semi-structured interviews carried out with directors of 5 schools, we delved into how the pandemic was faced, the actions that were carried out, who was involved, the learning and projections. The results show that teachers and the psychosocial team appeared as relevant actors. The link with parents and students, who require socio-emotional or technical support associated with the use of the virtual teaching and learning methodology, appeared as another relevant aspect.

Considering tourist activity as a potential phenomenon that generates sustainable development is strategic within an urban planning process. Tourism development planning for a locality and urban development planning are processes that can bring greater benefit to a district or province if they are carried out under an intersectoral perspective. Hence, how can the tourist assets of a territory undergoing urban growth such as Moche play a role in the urban planning of the environment and contribute to improving its spatial conditions from the sustainable development approach? For this, it is proposed that sustainable urban development considers the social, economic and environmental components as tourist attractions and assets for urban development. The problems of Moche in relation to tourism and its urban development are reviewed, and is reached a proposal of guidelines for the sustainab...

• Beyond the traditional view of reading as a passive skill, it is clear that reading comprehension is definitely an interactive psycholinguistic process, and should be seen as treated as such by teachers and students. • Ausubel´s proverbial claim that "the student knows" seems to be grounded on solid empirical experience. It seems to be a fact that each person has a whole body of prior knowledge and past experiences they hold in their brains and bring to the class should not be ignored. • As a student's reading skills to develop, comprehension is vital. There necessitates a deliberate, deliberate interaction between the text, the reader, and the context. • Prior knowledge is not activated automatically: we need to activate it the means by means of strategies. Strategies, then, play a central role to foster comprehension and in the long run, learning. • So as the students have...
