The article begins by specifying the concepts of reason and thought, needed in scientific activity. La investigación titulada LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DE LAS TECNOLOGÍAS DE LA INFORMACIÓN Y COMUNICACIÓN Y EL PROCESO DE APRENDIZAJE EN EL SISTEMA DE EDUCACIÓN A DISTANCIA EN EL PERÚ, tiene como objetivo determinar la incidencia de la administración de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación y el proceso de aprendizaje en el sistema de educación a distancia en el Perú. La investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la incidencia del proceso legal de la conciliación extrajudicial en el derecho a la obtención de una pensión alimentaria a favor de los hijos en Lima Metropolitana. Se utilizó para alcanzar dicho objetivo el método descriptivo y un diseño no experimental, asimismo la población de estudio estuvo constituida por 196 conciliadores y abogados conciliadores de 20 Centros de Conciliación. Al calcular el tamaño de la muestra se trabajó finalmente con 130 personas con un muestreo probalistico. El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es dar a conocer la Gestión de recursos humanos y el proceso de inducción al personal de Técnicos y Suboficiales de la FAP de la especialidad administrativo del área de Lima en el periodo 2019 se realizó con un enfoque cuantitativo, el tipo de investigación utilizada fue la sustantiva, con un diseño no experimental transversal correlacional. La población fue de 311 y la muestra probabilística fue de 172 personas, entre Técnicos y Suboficiales de la FAP de la especialidad administrativo del área de Lima. Este estudio investiga la influencia del proceso de inducción en el desempeño laboral de los empleados de servicio en Señor Perú, Piura en el año 2023. El objetivo general es determinar cómo el proceso de inducción afecta el rendimiento laboral en esta empresa local en crecimiento. La metodología empleada es un diseño no experimental transversal correlacional. Soybean is an economically important plant, and its production is affected in soils with high salinity levels. It is important to understand the adaptive mechanisms through which plants overcome this kind of stress and to identify potential genes for improving abiotic stress tolerance. RNA-Seq data of two Glycine max cultivars, a drought-sensitive (C08) and a tolerant (Conquista), subjected to different periods of salt stress were analyzed. The transcript expression profile was obtained using a transcriptogram approach, comparing both cultivars and different times of treatment. After 4 h of salt stress, Conquista cultivar had 1400 differentially expressed genes, 647 induced and 753 repressed.
