The article begins by specifying the concepts of reason and thought, needed in scientific activity. The teaching and learning of general logic at the university level, from 1940 to the present, shows a decrease in its importance in training. In 1946, Francisco Miro Quesada said that is because it is ascribed to positivism. However, the same Luis Miro Quesada and then Piscoya, Diogenes Rosales and Oscar Trelles assume responsibility for publishing texts of general logic, nationwide. Quality definitions are developed from the most general (philosophical) to the specific (education), and from the old (Greece) to the contemporary (USA). Quality as the essence of something that makes it different, to quality and technological innovation, endowed with good characters to be defined satisfier. The issue of quality has been recurring in recent times and there are strategies and models to achieve the long-awaited quality that affects the achievement of learning by the students of the San Antonio Private School in Lima. Therefore, the objective of this study is to determine the relationship that exists between EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) Management models and improve the quality of educational services at the San Antonio Private Educational Institution in Lima. This investigation connects relative indicators in four systems: Educational, technological, social and economical systems. The information corresponds to transversal data from 39 countries, ranked in high and average human development. After using the correlation matrix and the dispersion diagram, the results reveal that, first of all, Professional indicators in research and development (R+D), 20% richer regarding the 20% poorer, are potentially useful for future studies about factors associated to academic performance in mathematics; and, second, Latin American countries (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico and Peru), independently of its location in the ranking of the human development, constitute an opposed group to most of the remaining countries when they are observed in the dispersion diagram.
