Background: The Agency is capable of changing the own perceptual inputs at will (Russell, 1996;) 2000).The hypothesis of this work is that - according to Russell-, this would be altered in subjects with autism and that, on the other hand, it strengthens in critical periods of development (3 and 4 years old). Method: Assessed skills associated with the agency: monitoring of action, recognition of the Agency, instigation, the ability to correct errors on the fly and central inhibition, in children typical development of different ages, and children with and without autism using unpublished tests. Este artículo presenta un trabajo preliminar acerca de la implementación de un Scanlet para: (a) chequeo automático de generación de patrones relacionados con circuitos digitales basados en un modelo con interrupción en presencia de falla, (b) monitoreo y depuración in situ, (c) actualización de la arquitectura de un controlador lógico difuso, y (d) inyección de falla a nivel de pines usando Java API. Los puntos (a)-(c) son tareas de verificación. Como primera aproximación, el sistema STUD ha sido desarrollado empleando la arquitectura (incorporada) JTAG (Joint Test Action Group) y configurada por un CPLD para chequeo y operaciones de programación. Entretanto, las operaciones son ejecutadas por Scanlet, el cual puede ser corrido desde una página de Internet. Finalmente, un controlador lógico difuso, a manera de un núcleo JP, se usa como marca característica.

This article presents preliminary work on the implementation of a Scanlet for: (a) automatic checking of pattern generation related to digital circuits based on amodel with interruption in the presence of failure, (b) in situ monitoring and debugging, (c) update ofthe architecture of a fuzzy logic controller, and (d) pin-level fault injection using JavaAPI. Points (a)-(c) are verification tasks. As a first approximation, the STUD system has been developed using the (built-in) JTAG (Joint Test Action Group) architecture and configured by a CPLD for testing and programming operations. Meanwhile, the operations are executed by Scanlet, which can be run from an Internet page. Finally, a fuzzy logic controller, like an IP core, is used as a trademark.

An infant stimulation in mother-child relationship assessment scale (ISA Scale) was developed, based on a classification of probable effects on child's behavior, such as behavioral promotion stimulation (BPS) and behavioral control stimulation (BCS), refering to mother action level to promote desirable behaviors and to control socially non desirable behaviors in child's behavior repertory. 540 mother-child dyads were evaluated. The construct validity tests showed significant correlations in item analysis, between subescales along with child development measures (social maturity and aggressiveness). The aim of this study was to determine the knowledge of the population of Lima about the professional functions of the veterinarian (VM) A study was developed based on virtual surveys aimed at residents of Metropolitan Lima, in which recognized functions of veterinary doctors were shown. The respondents had to give their opinion if the functions corresponded exclusively to the VM, shared with other professions or if they were attributed to other professions. In total, 671 valid surveys were obtained. The main functions attributed exclusively to the VM were to treat or prevent diseases in pets (87.6%), to promote responsible pet ownership (76.8%), to control dogs or other stray animals (67.5%), to investigate the form of transmission of animal diseases (62.4%). The present article discusses the constitutionality of the system for eliminating bureaucratic barriers implemented by the Comisión de Eliminación de Barreras Burocráticas (CEB) and the Sala de Eliminación de Barreras Burocráticas (SEL) of INDECOPI. It demonstrates that these entities do not engage in strict constitutional review but are limited to declaring the illegality or unreasonableness of bureaucratic barriers without repealing the underlying norms. Thus, they do not assume jurisdictional functions nor conduct a proper constitutional review of general administrative provisions and administrative acts. Instead, they ensure the legality and reasonableness of administrative regulation, coexisting with other forms of constitutional control such as the popular action and diffuse control.

Their urgent nature serves to offer said protection and carry out said control, in terms of the de facto actions and omissions of the Administration. However, our legislation does not consider those cases in which the de facto action is produced with respect to the provisions established in a rule, or when the behavior of the administrative authority omits the provisions of a rule. We are facing two cases in which the constitutional principle of inter-unit control and the constitutional right to effective legal protection are affected.

It also reflects on the actions taken by Audiovisual Control Boards as a result of their analysis of content and the problems arising from these analyses, along with their instruments of control: sanctions, recommendations, instructions…to conclude that free and independent societies need these boards to exist as a means of channelling their demands against the abuses of the media, and as elements that protect the most vulnerable sectors of those societies.
