This research focused on the synthesis of a functional alginate-based material via chemical modification processes with two steps: oxidation and reductive amination. In previous alginate functionalization with a target molecule such as cysteine, the starting material was purified and characterized by UV-Vis,1 H-NMR and HSQC. Additionally, the application of FT-IR techniques during each step of alginate functionalization was very useful, since new bands and spiked signals around the pyranose ring (1200–1000 cm−1) and anomeric region (1000–750 cm−1) region were identified by a second derivative. Additionally, the presence of C1-H1 of β-D-mannuronic acid residue as well as C1-H1 of α-L-guluronic acid residue was observed in the FT-IR spectra, including a band at 858 cm−1 with characteristics of the N-H moiety from cysteine. Background Pyrazinamide is an important drug against the latent stage of tuberculosis and is used in both first- and second-line treatment regimens. Pyrazinamide-susceptibility test usually takes a week to have a diagnosis to guide initial therapy, implying a delay in receiving appropriate therapy. The continued increase in multi-drug resistant tuberculosis and the prevalence of pyrazinamide resistance in several countries makes the development of assays for prompt identification of resistance necessary. The main cause of pyrazinamide resistance is the impairment of pyrazinamidase function attributed to mutations in the promoter and/or pncA coding gene. In this paper, we have performed a closed-form calculation of the radiation pattern of a base station antenna by using Ad Hoc Bessel-Fourier expansion. Once the coordinates system is fixed, we proceed to derived the magnetic potential vector underlining the complex part which is subsequently expanded in a Bessel-Fourier series. Since the radiation intensity is proportional to the square of the polar component of electric field, we used the well-known relation vec{E} \approx \vec{\nabla}\times \vec{\nabla} \times \vec{A} It gives capabilities to apply antenna data to the resulting closed-form expression for obtaining numerical estimations of the possible exposure levels. Por ello, el estudio del AM R adquiere importancia y por consiguiente la construcción de Ondículas se hace viable. One example of these tasks is image segmentation, which aims to find regions or separable objects within an image. A more specific type of segmentation called semantic segmentation, makes sure that each region has a semantic meaning by giving it a label or class. Evolutionary Psychology (EP) supports the hypothesis of massive modularity (HMM), in which the mind is understood as a set of modules that fulfill a specific function to solve recurrent adaptive problems in our evolutionary adaptation environment. This set would be part of human nature and the objective of EP is to identify and explain them in distal terms. Its detractors argue that the modular conception is inconsistent with current theoretical and empirical knowledge. From the works of Carruthers and Crawford, I will defend that several of the criticisms against HMM assume the modular conception of Fodor (F-modules), who emphasizes the intentional aspect. En este trabajo se propone una descripción de los factores pragmáticos y formales que se correlacionan con las secuencias que se desvían del orden básico de los constituyentes en quechua. Se asume como orden básico de esta lengua a la estructura SOV y se vincula a la secuencia OVS con la focalización del sujeto y el estilo directo; a OSV, con la topicalización del objeto; a VSO y VOS, con un foco oracional de contraexpectación y con argumentos focalizados o pesados; y finalmente, a SVO, con la focalización del objeto y el establecimiento de conclusiones. La propuesta se basa en un análisi5 lingüístico funcional de diversos textos narrativos en variantes quechuas del sur del Perú.

El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con el objeto de valorar la capacidad funcional de las personas de la tercera edad del Centro Integral de Atención al Adulto Mayor de la Municipalidad Provincial de Maynas. El trabajo es una investigación cuantitativa con diseño no experimental, transversal de tipo descriptivo correlacional. Se aplicó el Índice de Barthel, para identificar el grado de independencia en sus actividades básicas de la vida diaria y la escala de Lawton y Brody para identificar el grado de independencia en sus actividades instrumentales. The largest Kamari ista (banquet or festival of abundance) in the entire Kichwa-speaking Amazon is celebrated in the community and rural parish of Canelos, in the Pastaza district in the province of the same name, in Ecuador. Se enuncian los rasgos lingüísticos básicos del español del Caribe, particularmente los del español de Cuba, y se presenta un rasgo sintáctico característico de esta variedad dialectal: la expresión frecuente de los sujetos pronominales. Se describe el comportamiento del sujeto pronominal de segunda persona singular “tú” en un corpus oral de catorce entrevistas aplicadas a hablantes cultos de La Habana, Villa Clara y Matanzas, vinculándose la frecuente aparición de este pronombre con la Hipótesis de Compensación Funcional. Se verifica un aumento de frecuencia en la expresión de este sujeto, cuando se elide la marca morfémica verbal de segunda persona singular; pero el análisis de regresión lineal no indica la pertinencia de esa variable dependiente morfofonológica para la expresión del sujeto “tú”. The dimming capacity allows to find the comfort zone with respect to two parameters, illuminance and correlated colour temperature (CCT). The present work provides a methodology to find comfort with respect to two variables, the level of illumination and the CCT.
