The implementation process of any policy or program is complex in itself and can present a series of factors that hinder its development. The establishment of an educational policy with an intercultural approach is no stranger to this, since —like any process— it must be implemented and then evaluated. This article intends to reflect on these forms of implementation carried out in a specific context: the National Intercultural University of the Amazon (UNIA), since it is known that it develops the intercultural approach as part of its long-term vision. La presente investigación tuvo como propósito establecer la incidencia del bilingüismo en el rendimiento académico del área de Comunicación de estudiantes shipibos de la UGEL 02, Lima, 2022. Como variables se consideraron al Bilingüismo y al Rendimiento Académico. En relación con el Bilingüismo se trabajó con ocho dimensiones: habilidad, uso, balance o dominio de dos lenguas, edad, desarrollo, cultura, contexto y bilingüismo opcional; mientras que en relación con el Rendimiento Académico se trabajó con las notas del área de Comunicación. The objective of this research is to develop as thematic content the worldview, cultural practices and grammatical foundations of the Shipibo-Konibo ethnolinguistic group and, with this, to elaborate the theoretical-methodological framework of a communicative-functional method at a basic level, necessary for its teaching/learning as a second language (SL)/foreign language (LE) in urban contexts. For this purpose, the international standards of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) are taken as a reference. In this paper we will present the collection of part of the lexicon related to the manufacturing process of the Peruvian wines in order to achieve a basic understanding of this topic. For data collection, it was considered necessary to develop a questionnaire whose application was carried out in some wineries located in the city of Lima. Once the necessary corpus was collected, it was systematized following different criteria stipulated by the Royal Spanish Academy (RAE) in the latest edition of the Dictionary of the Spanish Language.

El desarrollo de la presente publicación busca relacionar estos dos aspectos: brindar información específica respecto a los servicios ofrecidos por parte de las entidades públicas y, de manera complementaria, definir la utilidad de estos para una población específica, tal como lo es la población juvenil. Además de ello, este estudio sugiere ir más allá de la mera descripción, pues permite la vinculación de gobiernos tanto regionales como locales con propuestas nacionales a favor de las juventudes.

This research shows the teaching practice of the teachers of the action-research project carried out with Spanish-speaking students for the teaching of Shipibo-Konibo as a second language at a basic level. The state of the Shipibo-Konibo language is described together with the current situation of the indigenous communities that speak that language; then, a brief summary of the project and the methodological aspects that were applied in the clases is presented. Finally, the issues that emerged from the analysis of teaching practice be announced.
