A neural network is a mathematical model that is able to perform a task automatically or semi-automatically after learning the human knowledge that we provided. Moreover, a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is a type of sophisticated neural network that has shown to efficiently learn tasks related to the area of image analysis (among other areas). One example of these tasks is image segmentation, which aims to find regions or separable objects within an image. A more specific type of segmentation called semantic segmentation, makes sure that each region has a semantic meaning by giving it a label or class. Since neural networks can automate the task of semantic segmentation of images, they have been very useful for the medical area, applying them to the segmentation of organs or abnormalities (tumors). A synthesized review of visual selection aptitude is presented, within the psychological metatheory called Interconductual Psychology. In principle, we emphasize the importance that learning, based on its biological and of stimulation bases, has for human development. Subsequently Interconductual Psychology is presented as a proposal of psychological system with substantial differences to other systems. Finally, the functional taxonomy developed by Ribes & Lopez (1985) is presented, as a different proposal of characterization of psychological development; and within it we highlight selectory function and its hypothetical relationship with learning to read.

The Total Solar Irradiance (TSI) is the total amount of solar energy present per square unit every moment beyond the atmosphere, so it's changing every time along the year, although for many practical purposes its average is taken and has been called: The Solar Constant (1367 W/m2). In this paper, the historical efforts made to quantifcate the TSI are reviewed, the latest advances in this matter are presented and a new method to calculate its monthly average based on the SunSpot Number is proposed to apporach to its value as close as 0.05. W/m2 (RMS = 0.002).

In this sense, the purpose of the paper, treats explaining the process of design and construction of the Small Wind Generator AR-SFWP- 500, whose principle of functioning is based in transform the wind energy in electric energy, in such manner, this kind of energy has been used for moving the ore milling at laboratory scale, which uses an electric motor of a lower potency.

Objective: The operationalization and the role of a participatory model of diagnostic and therapeutic formulations called Foster Groups, implemented in a Community Mental Health Center in Lima, Peru, are analyzed. Material and Methods: The research was based on the participanting observation by experts in community mental health, public health, communication and social sciences, of a total of 24 Foster Group sessions held at the Nancy Reyes Community Mental Health Center in Chorrillos, Lima Peru, during the years 2018-2019. Particle physics emerged as a pioneer discipline in "big science"; experiments are being carried out in accelerators that are increasing in energy and complexity by the collaborations of thousands of physicists from hundreds of institutes in a few dozen countries. In "big science" a research methodology has been developed in which statistics is of great importance to interpret the results obtained from these experiments. Despite the discovery of the Higgs boson in 2012, which contributed to the success of the Standard Model and the award of the 2013 Nobel Prize in Physics. This essay offers a feasible and verifiable theoretical basis for affirming what is called the fourth procedural paradigm, corresponding to the constitutional perspective of the civil procedure or the constitutionalization of it, as an overcoming of its previous classical and instrumentalist stages. To this end, through the interdisciplinary method, the research uses constitutional law, legal interpretation and procedural law to reshape the theoretical bases of the civil process and give it a constitutionalized value through the recognition of fundamental procedural rights as directly applicable norms containing optimization mandates. The assignation of traffic flow to an urban transportation network can be done using Wardrop's equilibrium principle, which deals the election of travel routes by the users. This election is done under the hypothesis of uniform information to users based on the perception they have of a minimum travel costs between the travel origin-destination.
