This article describes a general vision about the use of the Cyclosizer used mainly for the realization o experimental tests of metallic and non metallic minerals in the processing of minerals such as: gold bearing minerals and dolomite minerals, respectively. The cyclosizer is an elutriator that separates a specimen in specifically sized fractions using a technique that depends on the forces produced by the relative speed of the particles and the elutriation fluid. It is different from a conventional elutriation where the elutriation action takes place in a hydraulic cyclone where the fluid is spinning and the centrifuge forces are acting on the particles due to the gravity. The fluid models in the cyclone are stable and the changes in the condition of the atmosphere are not as critical as in the case of the conventional processing for elutriation. The article shows a methodology for acid water treatment, through the remediation of effluents from the mining industry, based on the use of treated dolomite, which reduces the concentrations of dissolved heavy metal ions in metallurgical and mining effluent to reducing high levels of heavy metals, which are indicators of improved water quality of industrial wastes, mainly from metallurgical processes concentrator plants. The small wind generator called “AR-SFWP- 500” has a dynamo that generated a potency of 500 watts, which characterize for having in its internal structure, the called “permanent magnet” for working with small wind generators, such as employing in rural zones, where there is a lack of electric energy. This study tell us about the recovery of precious metals like: gold and silver which are present in the mining tailing through the Hidrometallurgy Treatment such as the leaching by cyanidation in ponds, which is a method of curate that involves the use of cement for agglomerating the gold and in this way recovering values of gold and silver with the purpose of giving an aggregate value to the tailing. The study involves the initial chemical analysis of the three critical points of sampling in situ: P190, P192, P197, whose initials grades are: 0.514 gr/TC, 0987 gr/TC, 0.719 gr/TC respectively, that then there were subjected to the experimental tests of leaching by cyanidation with the purpose of obtaining the recovery of valuable metals of gold present in the three point above mentioned.
